“Completely happy with it
Pros
I am happy to say I'm now having a great experience with Smarter Contact. Their user experience is clean and simple to use. They keep adding new features every day. Their messaging is fast and deliverability is solid. The team works hard to build a good product. They even added some features I suggested which is awesome to see from a company that listens and follows through. I would definitely recommend them.
Cons
They had some downtime last year but it looks like everything's fully back up now. The price is a bit high but I must say it's great value compared to other platforms.

“After testing many CRMs, this one fits best
Pros
So many things we really liked about Smarter Contact. One big thing is their customer support. We had a dedicated agent who was very responsive. I don't think we ever waited more than 15 minutes for a reply and the communication was not just emails, our agent got on multiple calls with us to make sure our campaign was set up properly. Another thing we liked is that they guide you through all the necessary registrations with carriers and other compliance stuff to make sure your campaign succeeds. I would give them 5 out of 5. Overall it's been a really good experience and I recommend using Smarter Contact.
Cons
We had not face any problems with it and I really believe with how responsive their customer service is, I'm sure any issues would be handled quickly.

What we like most is the user interface because it's really friendly and easy to use.

“The foundation of success in my business
Pros
Loved how easy it is to navigate. Everything's simple to understand and loading a campaign only takes a few minutes. Skiptracing is amazing too with high hit rates. Plus being able to export mobile numbers separately from landlines lets me put them right into SMS campaigns.
Cons
I just wish they had a dark mode, it would be easier on my eyes.
