Pros
We have over 1000 questions stored in SmartWinnr. The quiz system within SmartWinnr is excellent. It allows me to create quizzes in under a minute, which is incredibly efficient. As a trainer, I do not need to manually add or remove users from the platform. It automatically updates, saving us a lot of time.
Cons
I really like SmartWinnr, there is nothing I dislike about it.

Pros
This software is the best quiz solution I've used so far. It provides a lot of flexibility in creating different types of quizzes, and there are 11 different question types available. It's easy to use, and I can create a quiz in just one minute, it doesn't get much simpler than that.

Pros
The platform is very easy to use. I particularly enjoy the quizzes. Our MRs can complete them very quickly, and it's exciting for them because they can quickly rise to the top of the leaderboard. They really enjoy the competition.
Cons
There is not much to mention. The Support Team is quick, and whenever we have any questions, they're always there to help.

We use SmartWinnr's AI coaching for our field certification process during new product launches and new hire onboarding. The system allows us to incorporate scenario-based learning, where SmartWinnr presents relevant scenarios that mimic real-world situations. The platform also shows video examples recorded by my team, providing practical demonstrations. Using slides already available in the system, reps can conduct in-service presentations. They can rewatch their presentations, analyze their performance, and continue making improvements until they feel confident enough to submit. SmartWinnr gives our reps multiple chances to refine their pitch in a low-pressure environment. Knowing that AI is evaluating their submissions helps alleviate performance anxiety and motivates them to improve. With each practice session, reps grow more confident in their abilities, and they can approach HCP interactions with greater assurance, knowing they have perfected their pitch through rigorous practice and feedback.
Cons
We are really impressed with this platform. Even when we run into issues or need troubleshooting, the support team is very responsive and quick to fix the problem.
