“Share anything with one click”
Pros
Being able to share and schedule posts across different social media platforms with a single click is really fantastic! The range of available channels is also a valuable source of information. Altogether it makes things much more convenient and helps get your message or post out everywhere at the time that works best for you.
Cons
Posts do need approval first but that's okay.

“Posting across channels made easy”
Pros
Posting to multiple social media channels in one go is incredibly easy with SoAmpli. Since I began using it the number of articles I share on social especially on LinkedIn and Twitter has increased a lot. A big reason for that is how user friendly the platform is.
Cons
The issues I have are very minor. It can sometimes be a little tricky to locate posts that have been amped but not shared yet when they're mixed in with the flood of content from the rest of the team. Tagging can also be a bit awkward on a Mac because the tag list drops off the screen. Still, these are genuinely small complaints and are far outweighed by the benefits.

“Quick to setup”
Pros
It is pretty easy to use. I can usually onboard a new user in under 30 minutes and the support/account management team has been fantastic throughout.
Cons
Only thing I could point out is that there still isn't an Android app although it hasn't really been a problem since I mainly use the desktop version.

“schedule posts in minutes now”
Pros
Planning posts is my favorite part of SoAmpli. I can organize everything in just a few minutes at the start of the week and tailor which posts go to which platforms for the widest reach which really helps spread communication better.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about but it would be even better if it included access to Instagram and Snapchat functions as part of the platform options.

“Content sharing that builds you”
Pros
It's really easy for people to share content which helps promote articles while also building up their own profiles at the same time.
Cons
A thing that would be really useful is having the option to save posts that catch my attention so I can come back later and share them once I have had time to write my own original copy.

“provide great insights”
Pros
Right away the interface looks professional and makes it simple to connect both personal and company social media accounts. From there, you can create new posts, pull in your own feeds or others, schedule everything you need and still personalize the content. It's also very useful for tracking competitors and peers to see what they're posting and how well those posts are performing. On top of that the platform adds a fun internal competitive element within the organization by letting you see who is sharing the strongest social media content.
Cons
There honestly isn't much to complain about. Most of it comes down to small things which is understandable for a relatively new SaaS product that keeps rolling out new functionality. They clearly care about customer experience and actively ask users which features they'd want to see added. One feature I'd really like is being able to duplicate an older post, make edits to it and then resend it.

“Easy posting, weak discovery”
Pros
The tool is user friendly tool and it's simple to train other people on as well. Posting content works well, I like that you can add imagery and the built-in SoAmpli URL shortener is a useful feature too.
Cons
One downside is that the images appear very large which leads to a lot of scrolling. We've shared feedback that it would work better if you could first see the groups from an overall screen and then drill down from there. The algorithms and data stats also don't feel especially meaningful for our business and can sometimes seem overstated. The discover section could be more user friendly and at times it doesn't pick up media properly. It would also be helpful if it could recommend posts and be more simple when it comes to keywords.

“Helpful stats and easy sharing”
Pros
It is quite practical and getting started with it is really simple. Also it is nice that I can share articles that aren't strictly tied to the company's activity, such as social issues or political news. On top of that the option to customize my own channels and check the statistics is something I really appreciate.
Cons
The issue that comes up regularly is losing the connection to my social media accounts which means I have to enter my password again. The mobile version could also be a little more user friendly.

“Automation makes sharing simple”
Pros
Using it has not been a hassle from the start. The automation features take most of the work out of the process which makes the platform very convenient to use. With just a few clicks I can quickly share information and articles across my social media accounts.
Cons
Ever since I began using it, it has kept improving and expanding so I honestly would not change anything right now. I'd just say to keep delivering the strong content.

“Schedule quarterly, stay visible”
Pros
Every quarter I line up my posts in advance and set them to go out twice a week usually on Mondays and Fridays for the next 2 to 3 months. It's a really helpful way to stay active and keep my presence in front of people without having to think about it constantly.
Cons
At this point I really haven't come across anything I dislike. The platform handles exactly what I need it to do and with my company's involvement, I can search through posts and queue up content that matches the topics I focus on.

“Great alerts, awkward facebook”
Pros
Getting notified when there are new posts ready to share is really useful and the platform is easy to set up and use.
Cons
A frustration is that I cannot post directly to the charity's Facebook page and have to post to my own page first, then share it. There have also been a few occasions where the system seemed to lose the Facebook page connection and since not all the icons show up on the settings page on my laptop, it makes putting it back quite difficult. I'd also rather not see posts from other local Age UK branches when they only apply to their own area.
