“Everything for brand ambassadors”

Pros

Running our brand ambassador program through SocialLadder has been a huge win because everything tied to our ambassadors can be managed in one place. We also really like how it gamifies the whole experience, giving ambassadors a fun way to complete challenges and redeem exciting rewards. On top of that it makes interacting and staying engaged with ambassadors a simple task. We'd absolutely recommend it and honestly cannot imagine managing the program without it.

Cons

The only issue we've run into has been a few app-related hiccups though we've come to understand that many of them are tied to changes within the social media apps themselves. We'd also love to see more customization options when it comes to setting up challenges.
