“well organized and accessible”

Pros

Having a single place to go for collateral is really helpful. Everything is well organized and the search tools make it simple to track down the right document for the right client. It's also a big plus that you can upload your own custom content. On top of that the app starts up quickly so I am not stuck wasting time waiting for it to load or digging around for what I need.

Cons

Sharing links could be better because the customer viewing experience is not very good. Another downside is that if someone other than the intended recipient clicks the link, there's no way to tell who else viewed the collateral.

Pros

The interface stays clean and user friendly, updates come quickly and in the right format and the analytics make it really useful for tracking which content gets used most and performs the best.

Cons

At the moment our marketing team handles the content and it would be even better if the sales team could upload their own materials for presentations. That said I have heard this feature is already on the roadmap.
