The workspace seems good, well organized and simple to follow which makes it easy to understand. On top of that customer service is easy to reach and genuinely helpful.

Since we've only been using this tool for a short time, we haven't come across any major downsides yet.

At times all the available functionality can feel a bit overwhelming but their strong support helps a lot with that.
