“Fantastic meeting notes and support”

Pros

Having everything organized, both for our customers and internally as a team, has been a huge plus. The note taking support is really helpful and does a great job of making sure nothing gets missed during meetings. I also really like how the system creates reasonable follow-up tasks after each meeting that's a very valuable feature. On top of that Kevin and Eric have been incredible to work with and the communication and customer support have honestly been second to none.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is the ability to bring emails and non-recorded calls into the system. We're currently connected through NetSuite so it would also be very helpful if all notes could transfer over as part of that integration.
