“Flexible workflows, strong support”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths is the level of customization and control. Every business case is different and it gives sellers the flexibility to choose the approach that fits each prospect and the story they feel comfortable leading with. The collaborative features also help us work directly with prospects to build a convincing case for change together. On top of that the support from the team has been excellent. This has been a major shift for our organization and they've stayed closely involved to help make the rollout successful.
Cons
There really aren't many downsides. For users with less experience the tool may take a bit of practice before they feel fully confident but it becomes very user friendly once they've spent some time with it.
