“Contact center toolkit with real power”
Pros
Running our contact centers on this platform has been a big plus because it brings everything together in one ecosystem including predictive dialing, cloud PBX, SIP trunking, SMS and other VoIP services. The call quality has stayed consistently strong and reliable and it handles high-volume outbound operations very well as we scale. Another thing that adds a lot of value is the wide range of CRM integrations, the detailed reporting and the flexibility to customize routing and dialing strategies around specific business needs. Their onboarding process is quite simple and the documentation is thorough for both administrators and developers which really makes the platform feel like a game-changer.
Cons
Getting started does come with a fairly steep learning curve especially for anyone new to contact center infrastructure. The initial setup for SIP accounts, routing rules and compliance settings can be complicated enough that having a technical expert involved feels necessary. Even though the platform is powerful that first stage can be a challenge for smaller teams. Having a dedicated onboarding team to guide the initial configuration would make the setup process much easier and more effective.
