“Pipeline visibility delivers”
Pros
Using Weflow has really helped close the gap between complicated CRM data entry and day to day workflow efficiency. The pipeline view gives me an instant, visual snapshot of my accounts which makes it much easier to stay on top of everything. It's stable, quick and cuts out the repetitive clicking that usually comes with updating sales data.
Cons
The integration works well overall but syncing heavily customized Salesforce fields or more complex validation rules can occasionally require some extra troubleshooting. I'd also welcome more flexibility when it comes to customizing certain layouts for less standard revenue operations.

“Searchable call transcripts are great”
Pros
One of the best parts of it is that it records every client call and lets me search the transcription with the AI assistant. I am not the best at remembering every detail so when a client asks whether we agreed on something two weeks earlier, I can just look it up quickly.
Cons
A few automations have character limits.

“Helpful real time meeting notes”
Pros
It captures notes in real time which is really useful and you do not have to keep checking the meeting to see whether someone is there.
Cons
At times it is not clear whether the call is actually being recorded.

“Follow-up drafts save time”
Pros
After every call the follow-up draft is the real standout for me. I used to spend 20 to 30 minutes after each meeting putting together a recap email but now it creates the draft and I just review it and send it off. That post-meeting bottleneck was quietly draining a big part of my day and this has made a noticeable difference.
Cons
Every now and then when I ask for context about a specific call, it pulls in details from other conversations and gets things mixed up. It's not a constant issue but when it happens, you end up having to manually verify everything which kind of defeats the purpose.

“Account visibility changes everything”
Pros
Managing 50+ international client accounts means the real challenge is constantly switching context without missing important details. Before this it was way too easy to join a call without a decent view of what we tested last quarter or what was still left unresolved from the last conversation. That's exactly where things used to slip. Now I can ask it for a quick brief on any account and it gives me the latest discussion points, what we've already run and what's still open, all pulled from my actual calls and emails within seconds. I am no longer piecing together account history before every meeting as I just read the summary and go in prepared. Across 50+ accounts, that completely changes the way I work.
Cons
The task filtering still feels limited. I can sort by owner or by time frame like today, next 7 days or completed but I cannot filter tasks by the specific Salesforce account or project I am actively working on. When I am deep into one client account and only want to see what matters for that engagement, I end up manually scanning through the full list. Adding a project- or account-level filter would solve that issue.

“Meeting summaries that really help”
Pros
One of the most useful features for me is the meeting recording. After each call, it provides an accurate summary and coaching for my upcoming meetings. It's really helpful for recapping points I may have missed and for highlighting the actions that need my immediate attention.
Cons
A downside is that there's no option to delete a meeting recording when the session never actually happened like when a client doesn't join even after waiting 10 minutes. There should be a way to choose whether to keep or delete the recording in cases where the meeting was only joined internally and the client never showed up.

“Client calls always covered”
Pros
Being able to pull up any client call and confirm exactly what we agreed on has been incredibly helpful. My memory is pretty good but I still miss little things now and then such as a quote something mentioned in passing, a number, a date, a budget limit or part of a brief. Even when I am fully focused during a conversation, details can still slip away by the next day. That's why its recordings, transcripts, follow-ups and evaluations have so much value. If I ever catch myself thinking, wait, what did we decide on? I don't have to go back to the client and ask.
Cons
To be honest, my only complaint is a minor one. The Ask AI feature sometimes brings in information from my teammates instead of limiting it to my own and even after reporting it, it still happens. Aside from that, I really don't have any major issues.

“Helpful meeting recall”
Pros
Keeping up with details from client meetings is much more manageable with this. On days packed with back-to-back calls, it's tough to remember everything that was said so being able to go back to the recordings and pull notes from the key conversations really helps.
Cons
My biggest complaint is that it isn't fully automated yet. If a client sends meeting invites through other platforms, those meetings don't get recorded. I also have to sign in every time I want it to track and manually hit the recording button. On top of that the updates don't always seem fully accurate when it comes to the number of meetings recorded and emails counted as I have noticed discrepancies of more than six meetings.

“Meeting summaries save time”
Pros
The best things about it is the meeting summary. It picks up the key topics, focus areas and insights really well and it's often nearly ready to send straight to the client. On top of that my notes are already prepared as soon as the meeting ends.
Cons
That said the coaching prompts don't feel well timed especially during more technical conversations.

“Helpful recordings, clear summaries”
Pros
One feature I really like is the meeting recording especially since a client joining the call can revoke consent whenever needed. It makes recording sessions very stress free and the summaries afterward are presented in a clear, readable way that's simple to review.
Cons
At times the connection drops when multiple Salesforce accounts are being used at the same time.

“standout tool”
Pros
Ask Weflow has been the most useful feature for me. Since it stores all my meeting recordings and transcripts in one database, I can quickly pull up action items after a strategic discussion, get ready for upcoming meetings or check specific points that came up earlier.
Cons
One issue is that it still has trouble with some transcripts especially Hungarian. It handles English quite well but Hungarian seems to be much more challenging for it.
