“Helpful meeting visibility boost”
Pros
Weflow has become my go to for keeping track of meeting notes. It helps me pull together meeting summaries and get ready for upcoming conversations by showing the latest history across my accounts. I have also noticed it speeds up my turnaround time which has been really useful. One thing I especially value is the more complete view it gives since my team lead can now clearly see my meetings and communication activity. The coaching tab has also been very useful for improving my sales pitches, with scores and suggestions that help me refine them further. Getting started was pretty easy too, thanks to the clear instructions and video tutorial.
Cons
Honestly there isn't much I dislike about it.

“Great meeting notes”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits of it is that it genuinely cuts down on my workload. A perfect example is how well it captures notes during online meetings as it's really fantastic.
Cons
At times some of my meetings don't get attributed properly and that does make me a bit uncomfortable.

“Helpful call summaries”
Pros
The feature I really like is the post-call summary that pulls together all the key details like follow-ups and what should be treated as a high priority after the meeting. It makes organizing the next steps much easier and helps keep my workflow structured after every call. It has definitely improved my performance. On top of that the AI tool is very useful for finding information quickly thanks to the Salesforce connection as it takes a minute now instead of an hour.
Cons
The message feature is where I run into issues. At times I am included in a thread without being marked as CC and it still gets counted against me as a no reply in 24h case, even when another person has already handled the topic.

“reliable Salesforce sync”
Pros
One of the best parts of using it is that it automatically logs every email and meeting into Salesforce. I never have to stop and remember to update records on my own and that helps keep the data accurate. Given my background I especially value how clean and dependable the sync is and how it keeps everything consistent without adding extra work.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints at this point as it's just become a regular part of my daily toolkit.

“Smart meeting capture”
Pros
It does a really nice job of capturing meeting conversations and I also appreciate that it can process offline meetings and put together notes afterward.
Cons
Some actions take more than one click so the UI/UX could definitely be more organized.

“gives peace of mind”
Pros
Weflow has been a huge relief in my day to day work because I don't have to worry about taking notes anymore. That alone lets me focus fully on active listening, give clients my complete attention, add more value during calls and keep meetings moving in a much more agile way. On top of that the AI capabilities are outstanding. The conversational chat has been a lifesaver as I can ask for a summary of pending action items by client for the day or week and it gives me exactly what I need right away. The automated follow-ups are also incredibly useful. When you're going from one meeting to the next and already on your fifth call of the day, it's very easy to lose track of action items from the first conversation but it removes that problem by creating follow-up emails tailored to my specific needs. Another feature that really stands out is the custom scoring and methodology. The personalized scoring for our sales process gives us a practical framework that I honestly have not seen in other AI tools and it's a very effective way to scale and standardize the level of customer service our company wants to deliver. The prompt generation is also a big plus. If I want to integrate it with other operational AI tools, I can use the transcript or ask the built-in chat to create a specific prompt based on the meeting discussion. It makes my overall workflow much faster and more efficient.
Cons
At this point I really don't have any complaints. Everything has been working very well for me.

“Fast and accurate always”
Pros
The speed and accuracy are a strong combination here and the platform is easy to use. The panel is also well done and makes everything feel accessible.
Cons
The problem is that it often struggles to understand the actual context of a meeting which makes the quality of its insights and coaching feel questionable.

“good for my team”
Pros
Running my sales pipeline with it has made the workflow much better for my team. One feature I really like is that it records calls and creates transcripts which makes those conversations much more useful later on. When I need to revisit details from a meeting, I don't have to rely on memory or write everything down by hand. I can simply open it again and check the full conversation and details which saves me a lot of effort. Getting started was easy as well since I only had to sign in with my Google account and everything was clear from the beginning.
Cons
At times support for the Latvian language does not work very well. I'd recommend improving language support not just for English but also for smaller-country languages.

“Great sales workflow companion”
Pros
Connecting it with our broader company stack such as email, Salesforce, Meets and Teams seems very user friendly and simple. The session recording and transcription tools capture the full conversation well which makes it much easier to review meetings in context with each client's history. After a call the coaching and follow-up email features are especially useful for assessing and improving client management since tasks and pending items are laid out clearly and directly. Also it does a really strong job of creating follow-up emails with specific details in a professional, natural tone which improves how we handle every client interaction. The Salesforce integration is particularly easy so it works as an ideal addition to AI-powered sales management. On top of that the onboarding was clear and made getting started with the platform much simpler.
Cons
From time to time, in very specific client meetings that fall outside the usual day to day workflow some details can be missed because the notetaker cannot always be included.

“Call summaries save us hours”
Pros
Nothing beats how it automatically summarizes every client call and sends the notes straight into Salesforce. I have pretty much stopped doing manual call write-ups because, the moment a call ends, an accurate summary is already sitting in the CRM waiting for me. The whole process seems incredibly amazing and saves me hours of repetitive work every single week.
Cons
Task filtering feels a bit limited right now. I can sort by time or owner but not by Salesforce account or project. When I am trying to focus on one specific client, having to scan through my full task list is frustrating. Adding an account-level filter would make a big difference.

“provides powerful coaching insights”
Pros
One of the biggest wins with Weflow is how it scores every client conversation against our sales methodology and then rolls those patterns up across the whole team. In a Global Performance Lead role, I need visibility into how teams in different regions are really executing, not just what gets filtered through manager updates. The scorecards make that clear by showing which regions are strong in discovery which ones are losing momentum at the close and where coaching is actually needed. That gives me a real data layer to build enablement programs around actual gaps instead of relying on anecdotes. Another thing that matters a lot is that the data stays available over time. I can look at how a region was performing three months ago versus now which makes it possible to measure whether our enablement work is actually improving execution.
Cons
There are still some frustrating issues on the app side. It crashes most days on the first login and I have to reconnect Salesforce every single day. When using the AI chat, the app also tends to freeze a bit which interrupts the flow.

“Hands off Salesforce activity tracking”
Pros
The best benefit is that it automatically pushes our client emails and meetings into Salesforce without anyone needing to remember to log them. The activity is simply there which is especially valuable in my role since I am rolling this out to users with almost no Salesforce experience. They do not need to learn the CRM just to make sure their work is captured because it handles that quietly in the background. It also lets me quickly check the last time we actually spoke with an account instead of having to chase people down for updates. From an ops perspective, that may sound minor but it saves a surprising amount of time.
Cons
One gap is that standard reportable fields like Last Email Date and Last Meeting Date are not available out of the box so we had to create custom Salesforce flows to capture that information ourselves. As the setup becomes more complex, reliability seems to drop and we have run into inconsistent data capture because of that. On top of that the Last Open Date field only works if the Outlook plugin is being used. That means the team has to change how they work and adoption of the plugin has been low which really limits how useful that field is.

“Searchable call transcripts are great”
Pros
Every client call gets recorded in it and with Weflow Ask AI the transcripts are fully searchable. Whenever I need to confirm what was agreed on, I can just pull it up right away.

“Powerful account insights”
Pros
Getting the latest full picture on any account takes just seconds with it which I really like. It does much more than simple data entry since it automates the whole process and removes the need to keep records manually. All relevant emails and meetings from Google Workspace are automatically captured and synced into Salesforce so the account context stays updated and available whenever I need it. One feature that really matters is Conversation Intelligence as within 2 to 3 minutes after a call, I get a concise executive summary, the main takeaways and even a follow-up email draft that's ready to send. Just as important, those reports clearly spell out the next steps so nothing slips through the cracks and I can head into every following meeting fully prepared. I can also use the AI Agent for deeper analysis like checking the client trust pulse from call recordings or reviewing my pipeline.
Cons
I'd like to see the ability to edit data directly inside it expanded further.

“Smart meeting assistant”
Pros
Having this tool feels a lot like having a personal work assistant built into my day. It keeps track of my meetings, syncs everything neatly with our CRM and automatically puts together detailed meeting summaries and follow-up notes. That cuts down a lot of admin work, helps me stay organized and makes communication and overall workflow much more efficient from morning to evening.
Cons
One issue I have noticed is that there can be some mismatches when our meetings are held in Latvian.

“AI chat boosts follow ups”
Pros
It helps me get a clear read on lead potential, stay on top of my pipelines, learn from meetings, handle follow-ups and even support coaching. The part I enjoy most is the AI chat especially for summarizing activities, pipeline updates and follow-up actions. Being able to share meetings with my team is also really valuable and the tool has been an excellent asset for follow-up emails and AI chat overall.
Cons
It has been buggy at times but I see that as something that can happen with tools like this.

“AI still needs serious work”
Pros
One thing that's been genuinely helpful with Weflow is that it records every client call. I used to spend calls frantically taking notes and would end up missing half of what was being said. Now I can stay focused on the conversation and the transcript captures the details for me.
Cons
The AI though just isn't very good yet. It still needs a lot of work from the engineers before it becomes truly useful.

Pros
After meetings, it does a really good job of organizing the information and the scoring feature plus the support it gives during client interactions have been genuinely useful.

The call recordings are really useful and being able to see how long each person spoke adds a lot of helpful context.
