“It really makes shipping easy”
Pros
So user friendly for warehouse managers to keep track of reports, stock status, order summaries and transaction histories including shipment details such as weight, dimensions and tracking numbers. It covers everything I need from a customer service perspective.
Cons
It has limitations when it comes to capturing real-time dollar values for international shipping. I wish I could send an order and use its values for customs documents but it's restricted to static values for each product.

Pros
I like how easy it is to search for orders by status and the inventory reports are helpful especially for tracking the remaining shelf life of our products.
Cons
Some reports are misleading due to their layout, showing inventory that we don't physically have even though it appears in the reports.

Pros
I specifically love the flexibility it offers for sorting orders and data allowing me to print orders in batches that meet my needs. This feature is great because it saves our warehouse pickers time and boosts their productivity.
Cons
One thing I didn't like about It is that customer users don't have access to all items unless there's active inventory. If an item has no inventory, the client can't see it unless they run a stock status report. I believe all items should be visible even if they have zero quantity available so clients can easily check them.

Pros
We started using Skubana / Wxtensiv Warehouse Manager as we outgrew our previous order routing platform. This tool enabled us to set processing logic on all orders and route them appropriately, while also simplifying our worldwide inventory visibility and purchasing.
Cons
Support can take a while to fix bugs. Our account manager is responsive, and bugs are rare, but they can take a month to be resolved after being identified.

It makes order fulfillment simple and easy to manage.
Cons
The user interface and experience for handling returns and billing could use some work. The return process is complicated, it would be much easier if there were an option on the Smart Scan app for processing returns. Right now, everything is manual and can take up to 5 minutes per return order.

Pros
When I first started in Logistics and was introduced to Warehouse Management and 3PL, the product seemed intimidating. However once I got more comfortable, I realized how easy it is to use and if mistakes happen, there are multiple ways to fix them. The customer support and Help Center provide excellent guidance, making it easy to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Cons
I had a client asking if the order status could match the statuses in their backend system, such as Returns, Exchanges, and Order Changes, since they use WooCommerce. When I told them those statuses aren't available in 3PL, they were a bit disappointed. I believe having these statuses would benefit both the customer and our company. Also it would be great if we could delete orders rather than cancel them as cancelled orders still show up in the Orders Tab. This mixes them up with completed orders that are closed as well.

“They need to imrove order functionality and customer support”
Pros
The ease of implementation and the great working relationship with the implementation team were major pluses.
Cons
The order functionality is poor, with orders often not being pulled through properly. Support is also very slow and doesn't provide long term solutions or root cause analysis. Kitting functionality doesn't work correctly and we have to either use alias SKUs or constantly transfer inventory between SKUs. High order volumes break the system so we have to limit the batch size, otherwise, it takes hours to process. For a high-volume facility, this software isn't ideal. The small parcel service is very limited and requires many extra steps making it better suited for slower LTL facilities.
