“A great learning tool for supply chain professionals

The simulations and content available are really useful, whether you are a student or a professional. I would say it helped me a lot in understanding supply chain logics.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything negative. As a student, this software is perfect for me.

It is highly intuitive to use and lets us handle complex case studies without much of a struggle.

There are so many features available which is great, but due to this at times we feel lost.

I like that my projects stay open as long as I don't close them, which makes it easy for me to pick up where I left off.

At times it freezes when opening files and it takes way too long to load which is annoying.

anyLogistix software is really easy to use and the network optimization and simulation features work great. Plus it is a great choice for advanced educational purposes as we used it for our logistics course and it worked perfectly.

Some definitions are unclear to us in the beginning but at least the help option makes things easier.

The real-time business simulation through GFA and NO is a great feature. So overall I am quite happy with it.

What I love most about anyLogistix is how simple it makes designing and improving supply chains. It combines optimization (to find the best solutions) and simulation (to test different scenarios), so we can see how a supply chain will perform in real-world conditions. Also it is user-friendly, so you do not have to be an expert to use it. Plus, the 3D maps and visuals make everything easy to understand.

Cons

Because it is a powerful tool, it feels overwhelming at times especially if you are new to supply chain management. Also, it is quite expensive, so it might not be ideal for smaller businesses or individual users. Plus I have noticed it lacks some flexibility in customization and when working with really large datasets, it slows down. The documentation is helpful, but it does not always go deep enough for advanced users.

anyLogistix covers everything from inventory to transportation and distribution which makes it a one-stop platform for all our supply chain analysis. Plus it supports different simulation techniques (discrete-event, agent-based and system dynamics), which makes it flexible for different supply chain challenges.

Cons

I find it not the easiest to learn. So if you do not have a strong background in simulation or optimization better learn about it first.

It is simple and easy to use. As a beginner in this field, I got a clear idea about digital twins, optimization, GFA analysis and more. The white papers were really helpful and I regularly visit the site to stay updated with anyLogistix.

Cons

Some concepts are tough to understand and the number of case studies feels a bit limited to certain regions. Everything else is good, but it would be awesome to have more tutorial videos explaining how things work.
