“Has the best tracking features

It is very simple and easy to use. And I love the tracking features as it work great.

Cons

No complaints as it's perfect for any brokerage. But if they could add a way to post office expenses, I feel like that would be a nice bonus.

I am a Freight Broker and this is my first year in business. AscendTMS Logistics has proven to be a game changer for us as it is easy to use and takes care of all my paperwork. It saves all my data and documents with no limits which is a huge plus. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid transportation management system.

The LTL feature is my favorite. It lets me see all my daily load info in one place, making it so much easier to stay organized.

I absolutely love everything about AscendTMS. It has everything I need for my freight dispatching business. So if you are looking for a solid TMS for dispatching, I highly recommend it.

I found its interface easy to use and organized. Plus, since it's web-based, I can access it from any computer.

Sometimes it glitches or the system goes down for a bit which frustrates me.

The most user-friendly software I have ever come across. They have tons of resources and YouTube videos to help and if I ever need extra support, I can just send an email and get a response and usually within 24 hours or even sooner.

Cons

For me, the biggest challenge was just getting used to the brokerage business overall. As figuring out the best way to set up accounts and sync transactions with QuickBooks took some time.

AscendTMS Logistics is easy to use and I've only needed support a couple of times. When I did, the tech team responded quickly and got things sorted out right away. It is reassuring to know the software is reliable and that support is just a quick request away. Big thanks to the the team!

I have not found anything I dislike. There are tutorials available, but I'll admit I do not take the time to go through them as much as I should.

I love how easy it is to use, and they are always rolling out helpful updates. Plus, being able to export data is a great feature.

No issues at all with the TMS as it's been running smoothly for us.

Is this a trick question? Well as per me, you really can't go wrong with AscendTMS. They have great video training and real support when you need it, all at an amazing price.

“User-friendly and packed with great features

Pros

Not only is it highly user-friendly but quite fast too. I tried demos of a bunch of different software and this one ticked all the boxes. Their support team responds quickly and is always open to feedback and feature requests.

Cons

Since the software has to accommodate different types of truck lines and brokers, sometimes it adds extra steps. For example, when uploading a BOL within a load, you have to manually select the customer, or it won't send with the invoice. Also, when sending a carrier confirmation, customer email addresses appear but are unchecked with a red warning symbol.

Pros

Love how customizable this TMS is. It is exactly what we need to run our business efficiently. The support team is quite fast and the best part? It just WORKS, no unnecessary, half-baked features getting in the way.

Cons

I wish I could create custom visual dashboards directly in Ascend instead of exporting data to Google Sheets. Also, it would be great if it supported pushing X6 updates via EDI.
