Must-have tool

Pros

It's really user-friendly and works well as a complete IBP process solution. And the component and budget planning features are my favourite.

Cons

Atlas Planning has speed issues and the formatting is pretty limited. Also there's not much room for customization.

Fits our business needs

Pros

Atlas has proven to be a game changer for our business and planning. It's super flexible as it works with our existing processes while still allowing us to customize it to fit our needs.

Cons

Navigating it was a bit clunky at first, but I think it just demands time to get used to, like any other ERP/MRP SaaS.

Easy to customize and use...

Pros

The dashboards are customizable, means we can tweak it as per our requirements and also the software is easy to use.

Cons

Some tasks take longer than they should because of the complex data. But I feel like this is happens when working with detailed information.

Pros

Atlas Planning forecasting is top-notch. It gives us confidence that the right information is flowing smoothly from demand to supply.

Cons

Setting everything up is not as simple as we expected, especially when it comes to managing resources and BOMs.

Offers exceptional customer support

Pros

Well the software is flexible and easy to use, especially after integration. It adapts well to our specific needs which makes the whole experience much smoother. Plus, their customer support has been great as they are always responsive and helpful, which makes us trust the system even more.

Cons

The implementation and integration process was quite difficult, mostly because a lot of the work depended on our team's efforts and how well our data was structured.
