You know what the best part is? Having all the offers in one place. It makes comparing prices and delivery times super easy.
Cons
Not sure if the dates update automatically or what but sometimes the delivery dates shown are wrong. We still have to contact the carrier to get the actual time. Also, some of our carriers have uploaded their price lists, but we still cannot get automated prices.

Pros
I can book transport for all our freight partners in one place, which saves a lot of my time. Comparing prices and transit times is also simple and the delayed shipment report is a great feature as it only notifies me when something is running late, so I don't have to check every order manually. Plus, their customer support is amazing. They are helpful and friendly. Honestly, couldn't ask for more. Keep up the great work!
Cons
Sometimes, carrier tracking statuses don't update in real time. I am guessing thats more of an issue on the carrier's side since the info comes from their portals, but still it is annoying.

The thing I like the most is that everything is in one place. I do not need separate accounts for every transport company. Comparing prices is so also easy and since the system saves all the addresses, it's quick and easy to send cargo to places we have shipped before.
Cons
Once we save an order, we can't edit it, which is a little bothersome mainly if we need to make quick changes.

It has become our go to logistics partner. One we didn't even realize we needed. At Silen, we ship silence to over 50 countries and Cargoson was very helpful in making that process smooth. It keeps transportation costs transparent, automates tasks and helps us use our time more efficiently with way less back and forth emails. At first, we were skeptical about using a platform to handle all our logistics tasks, but after more than a year of using it daily, we can confidently say it has made a real difference. One of the biggest perks is having all inquiries in one place, even with multiple users. It makes tracking orders easier and if someone else needs to take over a project, all the info and communication are right there. Another big plus is the fixed price lists. As they not only help control costs but also speed up the process, making it much easier to arrange deliveries with different forwarders.
Cons
The platform keeps improving, so that is a good sign. And at the moment we do not have nay feedback to share.

Cargoson software is really easy to use. I love how I can compare pricing before placing a transport order. Plus, having CO2 data available in one place is a nice touch.
Cons
I feel like the transportation error monitoring system could use some improvements, but I also know they are already working on it.

It is a great way to find new transport partners and explore alternative options for our current routes. I also like that I can continue working with my existing transport partners through Cargoson without any disruptions.
Cons
The transport booking window could have more info fields. Also, if I share tracking details with customers, it would be great if they had a visual tracking option right on the webpage.
