Pros

Really transformed how we manage contracts. We can now track all of them and their details in one place thanks to the simple interface and customizable dashboards. The ability to quickly search and find contracts based on specific criteria has been a gamechanger. The software integrates smoothly with other systems and the support team is always there to help with any issues.

Cons

One of the main challenges is the interface, which can be tough to use at first. It takes some time to get used to all the features and new users can struggle with the learning curve. Also, the software can be slow to load especially with larger contract databases, which can impact productivity. The reporting and analytics features could also use some work as it can be hard to pull useful insights from the data.

We really appreciate how well it integrates with MS Word and Excel. Cobblestone even has a built-in plug in for Word and Outlook.

We haven't had any issues with the system so far. It's been great for years.

The software is super user friendly. If you ever hit a snag, help is just a call or email away.

Sometimes the system crashes when I'm generating an ad-hoc report. It could be user error, though. I'd love to have a feature that lets me export bulk attachments myself.

The system is easy and simple to learn. The support team during our trial phase (we're still in it) has been amazing! They have been able to accommodate every feature request we had.

I've tried watching a few video tutorials to figure things out on my own, but some of them are a bit boring and hard to follow. It would be helpful if there were a search function where you could just type in what you want to learn and get a list of tutorials. Finding topics in the Wiki can be a bit tricky.

What I love most about Cobblestone is how simple it makes managing my contracts, and how quickly I was able to start using it to handle everything.

Document collaboration is too difficult. I'm constantly exchanging markups with my customers, and it's really time consuming to process documents, merge templates, check in and out, attach files and make sure Im selecting the right contacts from the dropdown menus and so on...

The technical support was amazing with regular follow-ups and conversations to tailor the program to fit our industry's needs for contracts and documents.

Nothing really. There were a few obstacles but the Cobblestone team worked closely with us to get the results we needed. We ran into a couple of issues with flexibility in their canned product but we figured it out with other options that fit our needs.

There is some lag time and it would be nice to be able to remove or hide out-of-the-box fields/modules. But the longer you use the platform, the less you notice those things.

I love the email alerts. I was really struggling to keep up with a ton of unique agreements for a government agency. Still, CobbleStone's Contract Insight software helped me get everything under control and organized in a way that's easy to retrieve and ensures I never miss a deadline.

Cons

At first, there were some labels and categories that couldn't be changed, which was a minor inconvenience. But over the past couple of years, Contract Insight has become incredibly customizable.
