DesktopShipper has really improved our customer service with its real-time tracking and automated notifications. We are able to provide our customers with accurate updates, so no more delays or issues with wrong information. Also it is quite user-friendly and really easy to set up. I highly recommend it!
Cons
It really saves me time and resources. Overall it is a great tool and I honestly can't think of any cons.

“Great team behind a great product
Pros
The web portal is fantastic and the support team is even better. They are really attentive and genuinely care about what they are doing. They are almost relentless in making sure your issues get resolved. And thats honestly my favorite part.
Cons
Well I wish there were more customization options for the actual shipping labels, but other than that it works fine.

Pros
DesktopShipper software is a real game-changer for our customers who ship massive amounts of orders every day like some of them even ship around 2000 orders daily. Plus our customers love the feature where they can compare rates from different shipping vendors, and it is been a huge help with cost management. Also the pricing is very reasonable considering the services offered, and it is super helpful for printing labels.
Cons
The search functionality is not the best and I think it could use some improvements.
