The UI and UX are great. Also I found both the LOTR application and the dashboard are easy to navigate.

There are a lot of configurations, so at times it becomes a bit tricky to teach our transporter admin how to handle everything.

Pros

It is really fast. Also Locus can schedule hundreds of tasks across Europe in under 10 minutes. Plus, managing and setting up our fleet and drivers is a simple task. The UI is intuitive and the support team is always available and very helpful.

Cons

Preparing a batch of orders is difficult, and any deviation from that will likely cause an error. Even though it is not a big deal once we get the hang of it, but at the start it can definitely be a bit confusing.

Locus is versatile and can handle many different use cases and special needs. The team has also been great at providing support for any changes we request.

It would be nice if I able to get some kind of explanation for the results of certain route plans.

Many people in the healthcare industry are not big on tech, so making it a bit easier to use would make a big difference. This is kind of a suggestion from my side rather than a complaint.

One of the features that standout to me is the ability to automatically assign orders to the delivery fleet.

The product could be way more user-friendly. Also it really needs mobile support because not having that has created a lot of issues when we tried to scale. Also, not having access to debug logs is a big problem that slows everything down.
