“Disappointed in this company
Pros
I find the interface simple to use and it gives a lot of data. However the data is frequently inaccurate. Shipments that are delivered are still marked as in transit. This is part of a bigger issue with the company where nothing seems to work consistently. I find it hard to trust any information they provide. Very unreliable and I am not happy with it!
Cons
Nothing works properly at all. We had to set up so many shipping rules just to make the platform work a little. The support team is not helpful either and everytime we contacted them to solve an issue, they would provide a temporary fix. And it would create new problems elsewhere. Very disappointed to say the least.

Pros
Customer service responded quickly and always gave a clear answer offering different solutions to choose from. We found them to be very well trained and professional.
Cons
Theres no mature automatic return label feature yet. It would really help a lot if this feature is made available.

Pros
I received a call from an international number asking me to leave a review. I like the platform's name and it seems like it connects multiple couriers which makes it feel like a useful tool. Its great for having an overview of shipments in one place. I am new to it so I am still exploring the features.
Cons
Too hard to figure out how to pay custom fees in advance for Kenya or how to pay them later. I also dont know how to make sure if it would delay the delivery of our package. Would be helpful if these things are made clear.

Pros
Their customer support team cooperated with us and solved all our issues. We are very satisfied with the service and appreciate their dependable support.
Cons
We were charged too much because of courier mistakes and it took a while to get that sorted out. I know we cant blame EasyShip directly for this but I do hope for better monitoring and quicker solutions in the future.
