“Amazing PO management system”
Pros
eBuyerAssist software is very user-friendly and highly intuitive. It makes creating and submitting purchase orders really easy for us and overall it is just a solid system.
Cons
I honestly haven't found any features that need improvement or anything I would want added, especially for the level of service I'm using.

“Excellent option available”
Pros
Eyvo software really helped speed up the approval process for us. Before using Eyvo, we spent a lot of time just waiting for approvals since we have three or even four levels of approval. Now, offers are visible to the right people almost immediately, so there is no more waiting around or making calls to get things approved.
Cons
I can't really think of any major downsides as it is super easy to use.

Pros
eBuyerAssist is great at tracking purchase history, which is really important for us in keeping track of our budget and account balance.
Cons
I think it'd be great if it could integrate a currency converter that uses real-time exchange rates.

Pros
I found it very easy to use. And overall it works the best for us as it has everything we were looking for.
Cons
At first, it was a bit difficult for us to find the cost centers, but once I got the hang of it no more problems.

“Worth the investment”
Pros
eBuyerAssist is a fantastic product and offers great value. Plus it has all the advanced eProcurement features that the big players offer, but at a reasonable price. I've worked with the system for years, and it is regularly updated, so it just keeps getting better. The support they offer is truly exceptional too.
Cons
Reporting is a little manual, but honestly compared to other systems I have used or demoed, it does a decent job.

“Great design, simple to use”
Pros
I really like how simple the workflow is, and the design of the screens is not confusing at all. In the past I have used a lot of big procurement systems in the past, like Oracle and SAP and honestly, they felt like they were designed for people way smarter than me. With this system, I didn't have any issues learning how to use it and it is been reliable, functional and exactly what our company needed.
Cons
At the moment, I cannot really think of anything wrong with the system. The only thing I'd mention is that it took us a while to get it up and running, but honestly that was not the systems fault. It was more because of our internal staffing issues and finding the time to sit down and start using it. Once we got going, we were all on board and very happy with it.

“Very useful system”
Pros
There is a lot to like about it and the company that provides it. One of the big things we were promised was that it would be easy to install and it definitely was. We were also told it would be accurate and fast, and that's been true. It's really given us a level of control we didn't have before, and when we looked at the price compared to the competition, it was a great deal (even though I wasn't involved in the initial choice, I found out later).

“Very pleased with it...”
Pros
We had some challenges getting started, but honestly, it was not the systems fault. It was on us. Our senior management couldn't decide on some basic practice points, which delayed us a bit. But once we got everything sorted, we were really happy with the system. The reports are great, it integrates easily and importing and exporting is simple. Plus, it is really easy to use.
Cons
Nothing yet! Whenever we have a suggestion for improvement, they always seem to get it implemented.
