Everything about it has exceeded my expectations. Couldn't be happier!

Cons

I think the customer portal could be better. Also, canceled tasks still show up in routes which causes confusion.

It works really well when optimizing our whole team. Communication is smooth, and any issues we've had are being addressed and moved forward by the team.

When we run into situations where things aren't working out, I often try routing manually, and we actually get better optimization from the drivers this way.

It's is easy to use and the UI is really user-friendly too. Plus their customer support is amazing as they are always quick to respond and super helpful. Its price is also quite competitive, which is a nice bonus.

eLogii is hands down one of the most powerful routing systems we have ever used. It handle a huge number of jobs efficiently and their support team is great. They've even added new features just for us, which is rare in this industry.

We have run into some issues with their API and really pushed the system to its limits. But the team at eLogii has been very helpful in improving the API so we can use it the way we need. Also I feel like the mobile Drivers App could definitely use a more intuitive UI, but again support has been great about working with us on making improvements, and we feel like it will keep getting better for our field techs.

The flexibility of this software really fits our needs. Also it is easy to use and implement across all our locations in the UK. The reports and other features are great too which have made it so much easier for a single user to manage the daily operations.

Drivers app has a few small issues, and I'd love to see more options in the analytics tool.

What I love most is the flexibility. We are always making changes because of external factors, and we need a system that can keep up without slowing us down. eLogii exceeds our expectations here. The simplicity is another big plus as it's super easy to use but still offers endless possibilities. And when it comes to efficiency, the routes are well-optimized and having different planning modes makes it easy to adapt to any situation.

Cons

The task system was a bit confusing at first because we couldn't use our own delivery ID and had to rely on the system-generated one, which was not useful at all for us. But with the support team's help, we got it adjusted to fit our needs.
