Their support team is the best

Pros

Their customer support is amazing as it is available around the clock. Using Enable saves us a lot of time which lets us put more focus on our customers and dive into other areas of the business.

Cons

No complaints at all. I completely trust Enable and would choose them over anyone else in this space without hesitation.

Has potential but could be better

Pros

The terms section in the agreement builder is easy to use but I do wish the layout was cleaner and more organized visually.

Cons

It is not really built for high level rebate forecasting. There is a lot of duplicated and double-counted data. The executive summary can't report year over year comparisons at the individual program line level either. Also earnings are not rounded properly as they use dots instead of commas and round up or down by �500 if the amount is below �1,000. Setting up program lines feels clunky too and it's a pain having to manually assign everything. I feel like it would be way better if the lines just auto-allocated when working within a supplier's trading program.

We completed the setup and are using it to its full potential

Pros

It is a tidy cloud-based system to store all our supplier deal info. Also signing off is simple for both internal teams and outside partners. The reporting tools help us stay close to our numbers.

Cons

Some parts of the process can feel a little difficult to use. The system is designed for really detailed data which makes it tricky if our data is not that detailed to begin with.

Meets all our expectations

Pros

Enable created a system for Cashbuild that helped automate GRN calculations in real time. This made it easier to predict month end cash flow, helping with better forecasting and planning. The reports are automatic, the integration is faster and nothing needs to be done manually. Also it is pretty user-friendly. We needed a few tweaks but once they gave us training and a manual, it was smooth sailing. Now we use it daily or whenever we need a more accurate rebate figure.

Cons

Reaching customer support can be tough when something goes wrong mainly because of the time zone differences. This is something that really slows things down for us.

We are very happy with it so far!

Pros

It is very easy to navigate and makes rebate management way more efficient. Plus it cuts out the manual stuff which saves us loads of time.

Cons

One big issue is the lack of automation for month end reports. It would help a lot if we could upload SAP ECC general ledger account downloads straight into Enable to streamline everything.

Overall it is the best

Pros

Not only is it easy to use but it is also great for managing rebate income and calculations. Overall it takes a lot of the manual work off our plate. So I would definitely recommend Enable to anyone wanting to upgrade their rebate process.

Cons

A major limitation is that month-end reports don't generate automatically. I feel like having that functionality would save a lot of time.

Simple to learn and use

Pros

It does not take much of our effort to learn how to use it. While there are a couple of small hiccups, it is still easy to input deals and the automatic sign-off system works like a charm.

Cons

Entering waterfall rebate agreements could definitely be smoother. Also I feel like it is not very user-friendly the way it is set up right now.

Offers the best assistance when needed

Pros

The support team is simply the best as they are always there when we need them. Also they are good at breaking things down in tech-speak or plain language, depending on who they are talking to.

Cons

The learning curve is a bit on the steeper side but the support team and training resources make it easier for us to get through.

Pros

Decent but lacks in a few areas

Pros

What I like is how flexible they are. They are open to customizing the platform to fit what you need and they really focus on keeping the customer happy.

Cons

The file-sharing security didn't match up with my company's security protocols which caused some issues.

New user and quite impressed

Pros

Just started using Enable and already impressed with how simple it is. Looking forward to using it more and seeing how it helps us process rebates faster and more accurately. And I cannot wait to hear how my coworkers feel about it too.

Cons

We are still in the early stages of learning the platform so I have not figured everything out yet. But I feel like it would be helpful if the rebate program lines could have specific effective dates for each customer.

Really useful for rebates

Pros

It makes it easy for us to track rebate progress and handle approvals. Plus it keeps everything up to date and lets customers sign off electronically without any trouble.

Cons

I sometimes find myself getting stuck trying to navigate the site as it's not always easy to locate what I need.
