“Keeps warehouse inventory in check

Pros

Managing inventory both inbound and outbound is simple for us now and allocating tasks across multiple warehouses and customers is easy to integrate.

Cons

The only problem is that making changes to the software is not very easy.

I love that inventory levels update in real-time as there is no waiting for synchronization.

Well I have no complaints as the system works exactly as expected.

Extensive is really easy to use for both our warehouse and customer users.

The scanning feature could be better. The system allows inventory to be overridden when picking and packing which can cause errors. Also it was a bit glitchy at times. Reaching our account manager was hard occasionally but they were always helpful when we needed them.

Pros

It is very easy for warehouse managers to generate reports for me to check stock levels and other details like order summaries, transaction histories, shipment weights, dimensions and tracking numbers. Plus it really covers everything I need from a customer service perspective.

Cons

This software is limited in capturing real-time values for products in international shipping. Plus I wish I could send an order and have its values automatically populated for customs documents but it is limited to just static values per product.

The software has amazing features that enhance inventory management and sorting for us.

One thing I have noticed is that the location management system occasionally fails.

I like how easy it is to search for orders by status. Also the inventory reports are great and I can even see how much shelf life is left for our products.

Some of the reports have a layout that is pretty confusing, showing inventory that we don't physically have even though it appears in the reports.

It is easy to learn as I able to get a hang of it quickly. Also it is easy to implement and transfer data in and out.

There is no access to the database, reporting is lacking and we cannot build our own complex reports.

I really value the personal support we get from the onboarding and customer success teams. It helps us move closer to the top tier reputation we want to offer our clients.

Some important tools are not fully developed for the Australian market which makes us looking for unexpected and costly workarounds.

The flexibility is unmatched. Also the system adapts to so many of our unique needs and situations which is awesome.

Its user interface is simply the best. Plus the company seems strong at handling the basics and shows forward-thinking in its development strategy which I like about it.

Improving and polishing existing features seems quite difficult them which I find odd.

Everything about it is simple and easy be it setup, use and adoption. The result of it is that training our new employees takes almost no time at all.

I feel like the communication about updates and new features which are frequently released could be more detailed.

I really like how user friendly and simple the system is. As we just tell it what we need and it takes care of the rest.

We have not found many issues but getting a ticket answered not on time was definitely an issue.
