Not only the integration was smooth but the team was awesome to work with too. They were very helpful to us at every step of the way.
Cons
It would be really helpful if we could digitally negotiate with carriers directly on the platform.

“Works best for us...
Pros
The ability to get simultaneous LTL carrier API quotes has made things so much easier for me. Now, I can quickly compare carriers and book shipments without any hassle. It's as simple as choosing a carrier and sending an electronic tender to schedule the pickup.
Cons
At times JIRA Help Ticket system gets confusing because responses don't include the previous message threads. It makes it harder to track conversations and follow up on issues.

“Banyan never disappoints
Pros
Our experience with introducing Banyan's load file connectivity for daily LTL scheduling has been great. It's made routing, pricing, tracking and reporting so much simpler. As a lot of our customers don not have dedicated tech support teams, but Banyan's technicians were very helpful, walking them through the setup and making the integration process smooth and easy.
Cons
We are a small company with just two full-time employees, mainly focused on LTL for small to mid-sized shippers. Every year, we're handling more TL shipments, so we are really looking forward to using the upcoming Trucker Tools rollout. As it is something that could make a big difference for us!

“Had some great features
Pros
The system supports both API and EDI, making document retrieval and management easy. Also features like "Add Document" and note-taking help us streamline invoice flow and cut down on paper usage. Plus, linking Parcel, LTL and other transportation modes, along with ERP integration, makes everything run smoothly and keeps us in sync with our users systems.
Cons
FB management and pulling accurate reports for accounting invoice batch-outs could definitely be better. While features like auto approvals and live EDI/API feeds from carriers work great, reporting is still a bit of a hassle. We're in the middle of a re-write, and hopefully, the Manual Entry update (specific to TMCO) rolling out on 8/9/23 will fix some of these issues. Also, it would be much more convenient if Bill of Lading default setups were saved by user login instead of by company.

“Needs improvement
Pros
It did what it was supposed to do. We used it for at least four years and it worked just fine for us. The API linkage and all the essential TMS features were there.
Cons
Well the service wasn't great. There was no real customization option available or anything else useful. Bugs were everywhere and the system went down at the worst possible times.
