everything worked perfectly

Pros

I really like how easily this software integrates with our company. After the demo I could see how much easier it would make our daily operations.

Cons

We did not use every feature of the software since we had fewer than 25 employees but the parts we did use were essential.

Works fine

Pros

The customer service is great. They respond to all our questions promptly and despite having teams around the world they still provide excellent support.

Cons

I have not used it enough on a regular basis to fully understand all the challenges with the software.

simplifies approval processes

Pros

GAINS platform is very easy to use. With little training we able to dive right in and start using it.

Cons

There are no social media analytics and I noticed some issues when sharing Facebook posts or event links.

Pretty simple to work with

Pros

It is a simple tool to use with pre set screens and I love the implementation team as they are great to work with.

Cons

I feel like custom reporting tailored to our business needs would be great.

Way behind its competitors

Pros

I love being able to upload forecasts for customers and manage channel forecasting.

Cons

Customer support is really poor and there are other issues that needs to be fixed.

Works great for spare parts businesses

Pros

The service level management per product class has greatly improved how we operate across our Spare Parts Centers in the USA, Europe and Asia.

Cons

BOM demand forecasting relies on sporadic items with very low demand and transferring files between Gains and our ERP system can sometimes cause issues for us.
