“Real-time data capture”

Pros

Real-time data capture has been a big advantage. Photos and other inspection details don't have to be stored on personal devices and everything is readily available whenever needed during inspections.

Cons

There should be a way to find PPM notes by program name instead of only by report number. There are times when the report number isn't easy to remember.

“Appreciate the Academy section”

Pros

The platform covers compliance standards well and the CAPA process is handled effectively. Another thing I appreciate is the Academy section, where I can pick up extra knowledge just by browsing for more information and useful tips on how to use the system better.

Cons

Honestly, we're satisfied with the platform because it's very useful for day-to-day compliance tracking and monitoring. It also saves a lot of time since there's less need to visit factory sites just to verify compliance.

“Lets us monitor everything”

Pros

It is a unique platform that gives us access to a huge amount of data related to our product quality. We can track everything closely and also manage and carry out inspections through the software.

Cons

I don't have any complaints. I really like this platform in every aspect.

“Fast edits and photo uploads”

Pros

Editing data in the app feels very simple and flexible and uploading photos is really quick.

Cons

It would be much better if the app included a feature to scan carton barcodes and UPC barcodes directly. That would be faster and more efficient than using another app to read the carton and then taking a photo with Inspectorio.

“Strong security”

Pros

Using this software is very simple and its security is very strong. That's a big reason why I think it will become even more popular.

Cons

The part I liked the least in this software was the measurement system.

“Keeps getting better”

Pros

I like the analytics and the platform keeps improving over time. Even when certain features are not available yet, it feels likely they will be added down the line. On top of that, the support team is very approachable and helpful and issues usually get resolved without a long wait.

Cons

A few brand-specific requirements that matter to us are still missing from Inspectorio so I'm hoping there will be more room to customize and tailor it to our needs in the future.

It covers a lot and the functions are simple to use.

Inspectorio RISE is harder to manage because it has fewer features available when working from the web page view.

Pros

Having everything important in one place makes a big difference. We can handle inspection results, overall performance, supplier management, inspection history, inspector performance analysis and a lot more without jumping between different tools.

I really don't have any complaints, everything has been excellent with Inspectorio.

“Digital inspections with helpful photo capture”

Pros

Running inspections digitally with this software has been really good. It helps me go back and review my inspections, including the mistakes I made during the process. The report review feature is also very useful for recapping all the issues. On top of that, the picture capture works really well.

Cons

Deleting reports could be easier. Right now, if I want to remove multiple reports, I have to delete them one at a time. It would be much better to have a selection or checkbox option so I could choose the reports I want to delete and remove them all with one click.

The advanced analytics stand out since it lets you view a lot of information all in a single window.

I think the pricing should be reconsidered and lowered.

The platform feels very user-friendly and it's simple not only to use myself but also to teach others how to work with it.

Putting together reports and attaching documents digitally is very simple in this software.

Generating reports here is very simple and the high level of automation handles much of the work for me which saves a lot of time. There are no downsides.

The CAPA section asks too many questions and uploading images is not very convenient.

One of the biggest strengths is how secure the system feels while still being simple to use. It also comes with very strong tools for precise and reliable analysis.
