“One month with Item.com: A Total Game Changer”
Pros
ITEM.COM built their system to make sure everything runs smoothly with order fulfillment and inventory accuracy. The voice notifications are a game changer, guiding my warehouse team on exactly what to do next without needing special experience and it makes sure nothing gets done wrong. At first, I thought it was just another WMS/OMS with the usual features at a decent price but once I started using it, I realized this is really nextlevel. It has features that most other software is missing. Maybe some of these features were in expensive systems before but this is the first time I've seen it in something this convenient and it really changes the game.
Cons
You really have to follow their system for it to work. Taking the time to go through the setup process carefully will definitely pay off but you need to make sure things are done right from the start. Don't expect it to only help with part of your operation because it's designed as a full solution, not just individual features.

“Great for managing omnichannel fulfillment”
Pros
I use it every day as VP of Sales. It lets me quickly add or fix live data about the supply chains of all our clients. I can easily sort by facility, client or even by the operation title. The system tracks key data points and adds in photos of the operation, which is super helpful for claims and improving operations. I can also pull data in different ways to spot exceptions. It's an essential tool for me, and one of the best parts is that it works for both retail and D2C channels. It's not easy to find something affordable that handles both. This system works for anyone, from a small Shopify seller to a big operation handling thousands of omnichannel transactions daily with big retailers and B2C.
Cons
It'd be nice to see more visual data analytics, kind of like Microsoft BI. Most of the reporting right now is Excel-based.

“This really helps our team work better together”
Pros
The team is always available to work through different scenarios. There are regular chances to improve things with weekly discussions, and if needed, I can even loop in the developers.
Cons
It didn't include a replenishment program, which was a letdown.

“No paperwork, smoother operations with Item WMS”
Pros
It's super user-friendly and easy to use. no unnecessary stuff!!! The dark theme is perfect for my eyes too.
Cons
The timer goes off during idle time but maybe a softer sound would be better. Other than that, I don't have any complaints about the program.

“Using it for a month and it's made a big difference”
Pros
ITEM.COM created their system with best practices in mind ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory tracking. The voice notification feature is a game changer as it guides your warehouse team step by step, so no mistakes are made even if they lack experience. Initially you might think this is just another WMS/OMS with typical features for its price but once you start using it, you will see that it's the next generation of software. These features were likely available before in high end systems costing six or seven figures but this is the first time I have experienced such convenience.
Cons
To get the best out of this system you need to follow the process carefully and honestly, the time and effort spent setting it up correctly will pay off but you must dedicate time to get it right. Just remember it is not a tool that will help just a small part of your operation as it is designed to be a full solution, not just individual features.

“Great for fulfilling omnichannel needs”
Pros
As the VP of Sales I use this tool every day. It helps me easily input or adjust live data across the supply chains of various clients. I can filter by facility, client and even separate operations by title. The system tracks important milestones and improves them with photos of the operations which is incredibly helpful for claims management and improving operations. Also I can pull data in various ways to identify exceptions. Overall it is an invaluable tool and what makes it stand out is that it serves both RETAIL and direct to consumer (D2C) channels. It is rare to find an affordable solution that covers both. This system works for everyone from a small Shopify shipper to a large operation handling tens of thousands of omnichannel transactions with big box retailers and B2C arms.
Cons
It would be great to have more visual data analytics similar to what we'd find in Microsoft BI. As for now most of the reporting is still Excel based.

“Makes our operations more efficient and paper free”
Pros
It is very user friendly and simple like no unnecessary complications and yes, the dark theme is my fav as it is perfect for visibility.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that the timer sound during idle time can be a bit loud. I feel like a softer tone would likely be more appropriate. Other than that there is nothing negative to say about the program.

“A good system and even better customer support”
Pros
The UI is user-friendly, I have got admin access to most functions, it's easy to troubleshoot problems, it's simple to maintain and the support team is quick and helpful.
Cons
Report customization is limited so to track KPIs, you end up having to combine multiple reports. Also, features like automatic cycle counting have some quirks that make them hard to fully implement.

“Longtime Opera8 user, now making the move to Item”
Pros
The API is flexible, it connects to Amazon Vendor Central, logs activity in detail and even supports rate shopping.
Cons
It would be great to have a higher level structure for LPNs, like being able to manage pallet LPN, carton LPN and serial numbers so the system could enable picking or other tasks based on whichever LPN or serial number gets scanned.

“Switched from another tool and happy”
Pros
The API is flexible, it connects smoothly with Amazon Vendor Central, gives clear activity logs and includes helpful rate shopping tools all making things easier for us to manage and optimize.
Cons
