Promise a lot but delivers nothing

Pros

They made a lot of promises but sadly they don't live up to them. Like the sales pitch was impressive but thats where the positives end.

Cons

I was with Lead Commerce for over three years and I have got all the overpriced receipts to prove it. They will probably try to have this review taken down but I am a real customer with legitimate complaints that they have never addressed. I don't think they are a tech company as they are a sales company that promises advanced technology but barely delivers. So I absolutely do NOT recommend them. They are overpriced and their technology is constantly glitching. For the past couple of months we have faced nothing but technical issues, unfulfilled promises from sales reps and even power outages where the software just stopped working. Our main guy in shipping has been frustrated with their service and software. So yes I would never recommend them and I will never use them again.

Pros

Lead Commerce ensures accurate order management and provides a powerful extension to help our business streamline its operations.

Cons

It does an excellent job in managing space and operates without any mistakes. So no cons to share!

Pros

From our experience we haven not found any good features, options or positives about this company.

Cons

Everything about is is bad. The customer service, software, implementation, communication and pricing are all disappointing and need significant improvement.

Works but customer support needs improvements

Pros

It is an excellent software. Though I was not sure what to expect at first but it's significantly improved efficiency in our office.

Cons

Customer support is only available via email which I feel like is not always the quickest way to get in touch but it gets the job done and they do follow through.

Pretty awesome!

Pros

The connection between our e-commerce site and the back office is smooth and effortless. Making updates and changes is quick, easy and hassle-free.

Cons

Well I think the reporting features could use some improvement. As we have to run three separate reports to get all the info we need at the end of the month but at least everything is there.
