“Streamlines our process...

Pros

I like Lean DNA because it is very easy to use. I also work with Exostar on BOOTS but I find Lean DNA more efficient. It is similar to the ROP platform.

Cons

The last month's performance in the analytics is not very clear. As for now, it just feels like it's scratching the surface and does not go into enough detail.

“Uncomplicated yet highly capable

Pros

I really like how easy it is to navigate the site. The way reports, graphs and data are customized is awesome. Also I can share updates and information across different sites, which helps with visibility and speeds up turnaround times.

Cons

So many options and customizations available, which is good, but in the beginning they confused me a lot.

I love how easy it is to see all my information in one place. Also everything is very well organized and I do not have to waste time searching for what I need.

Cons

At times updates are not on time, and it can take up to 24 hours for things to be updated.

“Work just got easier for us!

Pros

It is great that I can compile ERP data in one area and create easy to export reports. I also love the inventory optimization suggestions, like PO actions and safety stock numbers. The Supplier Workbench has saved me so much time by helping with vendor commitments and communication.

Cons

It would be nice if the data refreshed more often than just once a day, but honestly, it's not always necessary depending on the type of business.

“Keeps me on track

Pros

LeanDNA interface is really easy to navigate. I can keep my most important tasks and issues right in front of me, which helps me stay on track each day.

Cons

The fact that it only updates once per day is a downside since it could lead to inaccuracies later in the day. So if you are a new user keep this in mind.

Pros

I seriously love how much easier it is to search and create reports now. Also it is perfect for analyzing important info and making decisions quickly.

Cons

What it really needs is more frequent data updates to catch any opportunities that could be profitable for the business.

It is a great source of information, and I love how easy it is to navigate.

Well I have had some trouble with the My Items Only filter. Sometimes it just doesn't work as it should.

Pros

LeanDNA is a really user-friendly tool and easy to get the hang of. Also I love that I have an option to select widgets that are most useful to my organization. The measurement tools are great for spotting trends and confirming that the actions I'm taking are improving performance.

Cons

I really wish there were more features around Make/Build Items besides just the Clear to Build option.

“Loving everything about it

Pros

Well I like the fact that I can get a snapshot every day of any issues that can help me reduce inventory. As it makes it so easy to tell if I need to order something just by glancing at it.

Cons

Sometimes I get a little confused navigating the platform. I think a bit more clarity would make things flow more smoothly.

LeanDNA is awesome at keeping track of my products. I can also add extra info to make sure everything is organized and traceable.

Cons

It is not a con, but a wish of mine was for it to have the option to segregate individual products more easily.

Inventory control and actions are really clear and easy to understand. First thing in the morning, I always check the Current Shortage.

Cons

I am still trying to figure out how our suppliers will enter the data and how I'll know if parts are in transit. I think the upcoming webinar will help clear things up.
