“Ideal ERP solution for SMEs in logistics

LogixPlatform is a great all in one solution for managing logistics operations. It gives us real-time visibility into inventory, shipping status and delivery times, which has helped us optimize our supply chain, cut costs and improve efficiency. Plus, integrating it with both our customers and vendors through the API has been so easy.

Cons

Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about the system. It works perfectly for us.

Managing resources is quick and well structured with real-time data synchronization. On top of that, the software is packed with great features and we find all of them easy to use.

The only issue I have noted is that there's no free trial available. Because of this, beginners or administration students do not really get a chance to explore the software before committing to it.

LogixPlatform provides a complete logistics solution. They are integrated with top carriers and eCommerce partners, which makes it easier for our businesses to reach to the goals and boost sales.

Nothing much to add from our side. The system comes with a lot of useful features and we can customize it to fit our needs. In our experience, it's one of the easiest and most feature-rich programs we have ever used.

This is a solid cloud-based system that is reliable and easy to access. Also it is quite stable and customizable. Plus, the API support allows us for endless integrations, making it even more flexible for our needs.

Logix Platform software is simple to use, but we've been struggling with integration into our Sage system. And so far, we haven't found a fix for the connectivity issue.

As mentioned earlier, we have struggled with integrating it into our existing Sage system and we have also faced some regular network failures.

The flexibility, adaptability and scalability of LogixPlatform offers have proven quite beneficial for our business. Now we can quickly support custom solutions for different customer needs. Also we've faced zero downtime, and the support team has been fantastic too.

We would love to see a new app developed for on-demand mobility solutions. That would be a great addition.

“Fits our business needs

Pros

LogixERP is user-friendly and highly customizable. It has a ton of modules that fit different business needs of ours. There is even a mobile app for courier delivery, a merchant portal for creating orders and tracking dashboards, plus APIs to automate tasks. The Warehouse Management System is also a great addition.

Cons

So far, I cannot find anything negative about this product.

It has an easy-to-use interface that makes it simple to understand and helps us fix operational errors while improving our business processes simultaneously. We manage the distribution of automobile parts for multiple companies using the milk run concept and the modules in LogixERP have made it possible to handle everything well. Data entry is also not a problem anymore, as we can enter accurate data into the system in no time. We have been using it for the past seven years and it has improved a lot in terms of usability and technology. The cutting-edge features make it hard to even consider other alternatives. Managing our branch-level operations has never been easier and the centralized invoicing system has been proven so beneficial too. Thanks to LogixERP, our company has grown rapidly. It is something we could not have imagined without it as our technology partner.

We do not have any complaints about this ERP system because they keep rolling out updates and adding new features regularly.

Not only is it flexible but it is also easy to customize for any business need. We had no trouble customizing it to fit the demands of Saudi Logistics. It's also fully compliant with Saudi VAT norms, which is great. Plus the APIs from LogixERP made it simple to integrate with our clients systems and one of the things we love most is its support for integrations with leading carriers worldwide. Managing everything in one centralized system has made our operations so much smoother.

I feel like it could be better, and by adding additional features, such as last-mile delivery will make it even better.

LogixERP offers a lot of solutions to us for implementing customs processes and it's flexible enough to work with most business models.

The finance cycle is not fully closed yet. As we would love to have the ability to invoice customers directly from the ERP after deducting shipping fees.

Pros

It covers everything from express and freight to last-mile delivery. We were starting a new chapter at ALJ Logistics, and the support from their team made our operations run smoothly. The integration with third-party services was also seamless and right on time.

Cons

There is always room for improvement. So some features could use a bit more polish but I will say that whenever we reported a technical issue, the support team quickly fixed it. Also they are available 24/7.

LogixGRID's customer service is amazing from the first demo all the way through deployment and even after that. With such a strong team behind it, it truly stands out as top-notch logistics software to us. They let us set up the system at our own pace and in phases. Also it is highly customizable to fit our business needs, which isn't something you find often. The constant updates and technical improvements reassure us that we are in good hands. The support team is always there when we need them. I would say they have played a big role in helping us streamline our operations. We have been using it for six years now and we couldn't be happier. It helps us manage our express cargo business from anywhere and the remote functionality has been a lifesaver. Plus, the system is user-friendly as our entire team picked it up quickly and had no trouble adapting to it. Looking forward to many more years with it.

It would be great to update the invoicing system so we can upload invoice receipt copies.

Pros

It has everything we need to run our business from warehousing and operations to deliveries and financial management. In short it is a complete tool with lots of customizable features. Plus, it's scalable and grows with us as our business expands. One of the biggest advantages is the integration options, especially with Shopify and WooCommerce, which makes things so much smoother.

Cons

The user interface and design have definitely improved over the years, but I feel like there is still room for improvement.
