I love the real-time updates for my shipments, the report scheduler, the warehousing tool and how it reduces data duplication.

The automatic real-time updates don't work for all carriers which can be frustrating.

The way inventory is handled doesn't really guide me much, so I've had to figure some things out on my own.

I can centralize so many of our company's processes like warehouse management, quotes, invoices and operations, all in one place.

You can't add multiple warehouse receipts to a quote which is a problem.

The implementation was easy, the EDI with other forwarders works well and it's the most popular CMS in Florida.

The quotations feature only lets you quote a single shipment, not a rate which feels limiting.

It's so easy to use and everything is very clear when I need to pull info for any operation.

I don't have any comments yet, I still need to learn how to use all the features but the fact that they're so comprehensive speaks really well of Magaya.

It's not very interactive and I need to know the program really well. If I don't know it, I don't know where to go or what tools to use.
