Pros
The aftercare support is responsive!! tickets are addressed quickly and effectively. It's relatively simple to set up, customizable to your needs and can be managed locally, meaning it can be adjusted as your process evolves.
Cons
It can be a bit challenging for new users to navigate, it's not always intuitive. But once trained, it's fine. I wasn't aware of some features that I've recently discovered to be quite useful.

“A real time and money-saver software
Pros
It's simple and userfriendly. The customer support team is very skilled and always ready to assist. The biggest advantage is the value Market Dojo brings to our procurement team, saving a lot of money for the organization.
Cons
We have not found any downsides. Some training is required before fully utilizing the features, though.

Pros
The RFP was an invaluable tool. It not only helped us secure better rates from our current vendor but also opened the door to bring in more vendors to support our operations. We're looking at a potential 90% reduction in lead time for the items we used the RFP for.
Cons
The dashboard felt a bit cluttered. It could benefit from being more user-friendly.

“Simplifying RFI administration with Market Dojo
Pros
The flow and setup for creating sourcing events was very smooth. It was easy to add users, and I liked the ability to label document versions. We had 18 suppliers participate in the sourcing event, submitting in two rounds and I didn't receive a single call for technical support on the platform, they found the submission process very simple and intuitive.
Cons
I don't have many issues, though I did wish we could create an RFI without the questionnaire part but it's not a major concern.

Pros
The expert guidance at the beginning of using the platform was incredibly helpful.
Cons
The challenge with advanced batches. There should be an easier way to upload templates to the platform. Also I'd like to see more graphics in the executive reports.

It's very simple to use and get up and running immediately. There's no need for costly integrations so it's great for achieving quick wins and getting the broader stakeholder team on board.
Cons
No major issues. Since this is not an ERP solution, it's not necessarily suited for complex spend analytics.
