“A promising tool with great potential”
Pros
The UI looks great and has some really useful features. The thing I like the most is, it is quite affordable.
Cons
I used Multiorders for about six months and overall, I really liked it. It was easy to use and I was happy to have it as part of my daily workflow. But I quickly realized the company seemed to lack the resources and expertise to keep things running smoothly. One of my first issues came early on when they told me an update to their code would break all my bundles. I had spent hours setting those up, so having to redo everything wasn't exactly great news. Still, I kept using it for a while. However the interface was nice and while there were some glitches, we worked around them. Support was not bad either. That said, the system would sometimes go down, which was concerning. The real deal-breaker for me was when my inventory sync with BigCommerce stopped working properly. Orders started coming in for items I did not have in stock, which was a disaster for my business and reputation. At that point, I had no choice but to pull the plug because it just was not reliable enough. This was a few years ago, so I really hope they have improved. I liked the company and the team and I didn't want to stop using it. In the end, I switched to Veeqo, which was a lot more expensive, but at least it was stable. I think that was the core issue with Multiorders. They just didn't have the staff or resources to maintain a truly reliable system. It had a lot of potential and I hope they have stepped up since then.

“Say goodbye to canceled orders”
Pros
My inventory updates automatically across all my selling platforms, the benefit of it is that I do not lose sales due to sold out items.
Cons
It takes a bit of time to fully understand how integrations work between different selling sites and why some items do not update properly. I also wanted to use Shippo for my shipping, but I haven't been able to connect it yet.

“Gets the job done well”
Pros
Overall, MultiOrders is a fantastic tool and I am really happy with it.
Cons
There are small things that need fixing and optimizing, like the billing system and adding more carrier options. I feel like that would really unlock the full potential of this software for EU customers.

“My go-to inventory management tool”
Pros
It is really easy to use and packed with useful features. The team actually listens to customer feedback and implements changes, which I found rare in my past experiences with other softwares.
Cons
I would love to see an integration with Royal Mail Click & Drop, but I get that this is not really up to MultiOrders.

“Managing inventory has never been easier”
Pros
It is a great option for small to medium businesses, whether you're managing retail online or offline. Not only is it easy to use but I also love how it gives me near real-time data to keep my inventory under control.
Cons
I find it a bit slower compared to other apps when it comes to response times online.

“Worth every penny spent”
Pros
I have been using Multiorders since 2018 and so far it's been smooth sailing for the most part. Never really had any issues and for the price, it is a great deal compared to other similar tools out there.
Cons
Customer support can be slow at times and live chat isn't always available when we need it.

“Truly impressed with this product”
Pros
Well love that I can create bundles with my inventory while still tracking each individual item. Plus, keeping track of inventory across multiple platforms is proven highly beneficial for me.
Cons
The features are great, but I would say it is definitely on the expensive side.

“Works well, but order sync issues exist”
Pros
Syncing products and orders across different selling platforms is so easy. In short it saves me a ton of time, and it's really easy to use. Plus, the support team is pretty solid.
Cons
Sometimes, synchronization stops working which leads to undelivered orders and delayed shipments. That is a big issue because it affects my store's rating.

“Multi-channel inventory management made easy”
Pros
I run a small business with around 100 SKUs and fewer than 100 orders per month but inventory management is important since we sell on multiple channels. Tracking everything manually just is not realistic. Even though this app is priced more for bigger businesses, I think it's totally worth the investment if you can afford it.
Cons
We cannot edit orders once they are created manually. If we make a mistake, our only option is to copy the order, create a new one with the correct details and then delete the old one. Even though it is not the worst workaround, but it would be much easier if they just allowed edits.

“A crucial part of our business”
Pros
The best thing about MultiOrders is the shipping management. It has multiple features but we mainly use it for that. We used to lose money every week from shipping mistakes, but now with the ability to add notes, tag orders and include pictures, those errors are very rare. The saved shipping profiles also save us a lot of time as no more manually entering weights and dimensions. Plus, the customer service team is amazing and always goes the extra mile to help.
Cons
My only wish is that they offered separate packages for shipping instead of bundling it with inventory.

“Packed with features, yet has some gaps”
Pros
Kitting and bundling, multichannel syncing and cost, all these are the biggest highlights for me.
Cons
The order management is great and I like the Royal Mail and Parcel2Go integrations. Support, on the other hand, can be hit or miss. Like at times it is great and other times it feels like they don't have enough experience to help properly.
