“A complete freight shipping solution”
Pros
The first thing I love about it is that it's FREE! Also it is easy to use. No more wasting time running individual quotes from each carrier one by one as this handles everything in one place, making the whole process so much smoother.
Cons
PDF part of the software could use some tweaking. And I am not a fan of how some of the forms look when printed.

Pros
It is quite easy to use, gives me plenty of options and it is accurate. I can select multiple pallets, boxes and ship anywhere I need to, whether it's in the US or Canada.
Cons
If there is an error that needs fixing before moving forward, it is a bit hard to tell what's missing. Also there are so many options to fill out, and it is not always clear what's needed or optional.

Pros
It loads fast, is easy to use and lets me compare prices and modify shipments with ease.
Cons
Some carriers cannot add the correct accessory fees, like SMTL2. Also, some carriers, like XPO3 have a different volume quote price compared to whats listed on their website. And the volume quote price doesn't show up with the LTL price, so I have to quote volume separately.

Pros
Well love how everything is centralized in one place. I do not have to enter the same info multiple times. The color coding on the homepage also makes it easy to know the status of a shipment at a glance. Plus, we've saved hundreds of dollars in just a short time by being able to shop around for the best freight prices.
Cons
We sell various sized markerboards that are usually shipped loose in cartons. The only thing I am still getting used to is having to create a different H/U for every carton. I think if you're adding another commodity, you should be able to add dimensions without changing the handling unit.

The whole process of getting quotes for LTL shipments and booking them is quick and easy to learn. The tracking info is also proven really helpful to me and easy to find.
