Tracking loads from start to finish has now become a standard service for us. With our Gerdau's Customer Service Rep, offering this service to our customers has become much easier. Having her as our main point of contact has simplified carrier integrations and made troubleshooting much more efficient. This has freed us up to focus on the value P44 provides, rather than being bogged down by unresolved help desk tickets.
Cons
The revolving door of customer service reps can be frustrating. We constantly have to bring new reps up to speed and the answers to our questions aren't always clear.
