This product really shines when it comes to managing tenders, documents, vendors and the bidding process. I find these features to be the biggest advantages.

Its easy to use and suppliers dont find it difficult at all to understand the platform and trade on it.

Cons

The reporting feature could definitely use some improvement. It would be helpful if the tender consultant team could prepare and share reports that focus more on visual presentation.

Getting quotations online, e sourcing and generating reports are all incredibly convenient tools.

One big issue that I can point out is absence of dashboards on this software.
