Pros

The interface is quite basic and it's really easy to use. Works great for us.

Cons

I cannot print orders in batches so I have to print them one by one, which takes a lot of my time.

Pros

ShipSaving site is user-friendly and always up and running, no matter the day or time. I have never had an issue with downtime.

Cons

I totally forgot to update my debit card with my bank and ShipSaving kept rejecting my payments after the expiration date had changed. As a business owner, little details like that can slip my mind. It would have been really helpful if they sent a reminder email to check my payment info.

Pros

There is no limit on how many labels we can generate with the free plan which is awesome.

Cons

The interface feels a bit clunky compared to Shippo and about the same as PirateShip. The free plan does not let me create multiple labels at once or adjust settings like weights and shipping classes. Also, shipments don't show up as online purchases, so I fail to get as many credit card rewards as I did on Shippo. Not sure if this changes on a prepaid plan.

I like that it is available at a reasonable price and has the option to generate QR codes.

Cons

After purchasing, I had a hard time finding the QR code information, especially after refreshing the page.

I love that I can buy USPS First Class Mail labels at a discount. Not many platforms even offer First Class Mail labels, so I really like that ShipSaving does.

Cons

One thing I really wish for was a way to import a spreadsheet with addresses and package details to buy labels in bulk. That would save so much time.

Pros

ShipSaving is highly intuitive. All we had to do was follow the steps and our labels were ready to go. Pricing is great too. It is like a one-stop shop where we can choose the most cost-effective option, and it's usually way cheaper than going directly through UPS or FedEx.

Cons

Nothing major, but if they offer more discounts, that would be amazing!
