“Used to be great now it's gone downhill

Pros

Finding an alternative due to terrible customer service. They just raised our rates from $30 a month to over $100!

Cons

What I like least is the customer support, the shrinking features and watching the company get worse over time.

Overall it's good at helping print shipping labels. The occasional downtime and lack of fast customer support keep it from being a 5-star experience. But ShipStation integrates with almost all selling channels.

I love how easy it is to collect orders, print labels and ship items out. It was also super easy to purchase a label when needed.

My company used it for 7 years and for the most part, it was a positive experience. If the price hadn't increased we would probably still be using it. It was easy to use and the batch shipping feature was really useful.

The recent price increase was significant, but there were no additional benefits to justify the higher cost.
