Peter was very helpful!

Pros

Peter from Ship Time went above and beyond to help us locate a lost Christmas parcel during the holiday and postal strike chaos. We had almost lost hope but Peter took it upon himself to resolve the communication issues and we finally found the parcel!

Cons

While everyone we spoke with was friendly and polite it was frustrating that we could not connect with the same person during our month long search. Also, desptite its efforts we had trouble getting in touch with the courier, CanPar again.

A highly user friendly tool!

Pros

Ship Time is user friendly and quick to learn. I have not faced any issues and the instructions are always clear, plus the delivery time estimates have been accurate every time.

Cons

At the moment, there is nothing I dislike about it. It has had a few freezes but they were easily fixed when the page reloaded. No complaints!

Cost Effective solution

Pros

Overall amazing but support is slow

Pros

The interface is amazing as it is simple, fast and easy to use. If I were designing it this is exactly how I'd do it and it handles the entire shipping process really well.

Cons

We did not encounter many issues with the product but customer support should not delay problem resolution, it is really important they address user issues promptly.

A Complete Shipping Solution

Pros

This software's ability to get a shipping quote, arrange for a pickup and track the package all on one platform is incredibly useful for our business.

Cons

With some Shopify orders, the weight, dimensions and occasionally the address details are either missing or incorrect. No matter how many times I try to fix it, the order won't go through and I end up having to manually process the shipment instead of using the order system to avoid entering customer details.

Using it is a piece of cake

Pros

ShipTime software is really easy to use. You enter your shipping details and it gives you different service options with all the costs laid out. Plus the customs info is much easier than what you would find on websites like DHL or FedEx and so far, everything has worked smoothly.

Cons

The customs document fields are less detailed compared to other shipping companies which makes me nervous. I am always worried that the info won't be complete and could cause delays at customs.

Ideal for shipping needs

Pros

The website is very user friendly and helps us save both time and money, it provides quotes from various vendors so you can compare prices right there. Not to mention, the prices are better than what you would get with regular shipping. You can easily track shipments, get paid immediately and even schedule pickups even if one gets missed, rescheduling is quick and easy.

Cons

It can take a while to get reimbursed for a shipment that had issues even if it's insured. But other than that I have not had any major problems so far.
