“Saves time but is expensive

Pros

It provides real-time inventory tracking, seamless integration with platforms like Shopify, Amazon and eBay and fantastic customer support that users frequently praise. Plus the easy to use interface and smooth picking/packing process make fulfillment efficient and nearly error-free.

Cons

The platform is pretty powerful but also pricey for small businesses. Also let me tell you that it takes time to learn, can run into performance hiccups now and then and does not offer much flexibility. Plus things like product searches can be quirky and the interface feels a bit too locked down.

“Great but needs improvements

Pros

SKULabs keeps my inventory up to date preventing overselling of items for the company I work with. Also the platform's ease of use is also a big plus.

Cons

I feel like product management could use some improvements. Initially it is easy to accidentally create duplicate orders and when importing from other systems, I think a more polished process would be helpful.

“Perfect work partner

Pros

What I like about SKUlabs is that it is essential for my work. Also it is easy to use especially when managing inventory or processing orders.

Cons

While the platform is mobile friendly, I noticed that it lacks a dedicated app which I think would be really beneficial.

The customer support is simply the best and I find the platform pretty user friendly. Plus the integration process is seamless too.

SKULabs product did exactly what I needed and was very simple to use.

Keep in mind there was a bit of a learning curve especially if you have not used similar software before.

My experience with SKUlabs has been excellent. As it is user friendly and has significantly improved my workflow.

There is not much to dislike about the software. As it works really well and integrates seamlessly.

It does not always integrate smoothly with every type of website.

The software is very easy to use and the customer support is exceptional. Overall I would say it is a high-quality product for inventory management and labeling.

Cons

A small typo can cause issues but it is easy to fix. Also sometimes adding products can be tricky and I am not entirely sure why.

“Useful warehouse and inventory management software

Pros

SKULabs really shines with its pick and pack tools, smart inventory tracking and smooth integration with Shopify Plus and ShipStation. All these features make managing orders and stock way easier for us.

Cons

The cost is on the higher side and it does not integrate with some of our other software. Plus the reporting is not great either and the data just comes in large CSV files.

“Nice program

Pros

It is the best solution for managing inventory with QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks inventory system is not ideal and we needed a way to handle both wholesale and retail sales. We also wanted invoices that showed inventory images. SKUlabs filled in the gaps where QuickBooks fell short. Plus the integration with EasyPost for shipping is also fantastic allowing us to ship directly from the system a feature QuickBooks Online lacks.

Cons

When syncing inventory with QuickBooks Online it messes up our QuickBooks P&L. We have not figured out why yet but whenever an order or inventory syncs, it creates inventory adjustments every few minutes. This led to significant shrinkage issues so we had to disconnect the inventory sync from QuickBooks and rely on manual updates for inventory control.

Pros

Inventory updates instantly as we make changes so there is no waiting around for uploads as it keeps everything up to date in real-time.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that sometimes the system glitches especially in the app and inventory is not updated correctly, though this happens rarely.

Pros

I love how simple it is to use. Also it is great for inventory tracking which makes inventory management much more accurate.

Cons

Nothing at all as it is fantastic tool and I absolutely love this software. Plus it keeps everything organized for my business.
