“Ideal tool for purchasing-related communication
Pros
For someone like me who is not in purchasing, this software does a great job of providing metrics for analyzing things like responsiveness, price changes and on-time delivery (OTD).
Cons
The biggest issue I have had is that no quality modules can connect to this software. Plus, convincing people, both internally and externally to use it is not easy. As a lot of suppliers won't use this for communication.

“Simply the best...
Pros
I really like it when the system alerts me about new POs or changes to existing ones. And overall, this software is super easy to use.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of anything I did not like about this.

“Helps organize orders and shipments efficiently
Pros
We don't even need training to figure it out. It's just really easy to understand.
Cons
In the beginning, there were some issues with the info we were seeing and a few charts weren't available for editing. But thanks to the fast support from the software team, those issues were sorted out really quickly.

“Keeps me updated
Pros
Once my customer submits their requests, I get an email notification from SourceDay. It is when I can quickly see how many jobs I need to price. I just enter the price per piece, confirm the turn time and boom, it is done. If something changes, like needing more time for delivery or finishing early, I can update the info and it will send my customer an email with the new details.
Cons
It does have a small learning curve, but after using it for sometime, I got the hang of it.

“Maintain records well
Pros
Not only it is fast but simple to use. My customer always knows what's going on with their product, and we can easily update them on price changes, shipping delays and send them tracking numbers.
Cons
The task reminders feels a little repetitive to me but the good thing is that they are not mandatory.

“A solid and reliable software
Pros
SourceDay is really easy to learn and use. We face no trouble using it from the start.
Cons
If there is one thing I would point out, it would be the occasional delay when switching between screens.

I can send order updates through SourceDay and the company I'm working with gets the status instantly. It's a huge time-saver. I also love the Advanced Shipment feature where I can post tracking numbers.

Cons
Some of the information isn't shown on the home screen, so I have to dig a bit deeper to find it.

“Keeps all transaction-related communication in one place
Pros
It is integrated with our ERP, so once the PO details are agreed upon, the ERP updates automatically. Plus, the automatic workflow flags help keep both buyers and suppliers on track.
Cons
While we can see non-SourceDay supplier info in it, that info doesn't show up in the summary reports.

“Very practical choice...
Pros
SourceDay is quite suitablefor me, especially since I send out multiple purchase orders a day. It tracks all the vendor info, sales dollars, late deliveries and more. It saves me so much time because I don't have to manually send POs anymore. I just hit save. Of all the databases I use, this one is definitely one of the best.
Cons
There is nothing to dislike about it. Their help team is amazing, and they always provide excellent customer service. Whenever we need something added or fixed, they're quick to take care of it.
