“Makes planning a lot easier”
Pros
Stock IQ is a great tool for managing demand and supply planning, as well as inventory management. One of the best features is its forecasting system as it lets me create forecasts at different levels and then automatically rolls them up into one big forecast. This makes it much easier for us to plan across multiple sales channels without juggling separate forecasts. Plus the purchasing module is another highlight as it simplifies the process of adjusting, calibrating and calculating supplier orders, making the entire workflow much smoother. And the tool is highly customizable and the Stock IQ team is always open to exploring new ways to improve the system based on our needs.
Cons
There is really not much to complain about. But the only thing I wish worked a little better is the capacity planning module. Since we have capacity agreements with our suppliers, we often have to tweak our orders more than usual, which takes time. So it would be great if the system handled those adjustments more smoothly.

“The best for demand and supply planning”
Pros
One of the best things about it is that it keeps getting better with time. The company is very agile and always listens to customer feedback, so the tool is keep getting better. And compared to other Demand Planning tools I've used, StockIQ is way more user-friendly, has an intuitive interface and makes it easy to track and improve key metrics.
Cons
It's support form is efficient and detailed, but the only minor issue is that we're in a different time zone, which means support can be delayed at times. Plus it would be awesome if they could extend their support hours a bit to help with this.

“Amazing software”
Pros
The Demand Planning and Replenishment/MRP planning features have proven to be the most useful for my team. We can run historical forecast accuracy reports that make gathering data and improving future forecasts easy. Plus, having MRP drive demand signals for finished goods and raw materials has made sure we always have the right materials where we need them and when we need them.
Cons
StockIQ doesn't allow me to pull future orders in the same format as historical orders and forecast data. It would also be great if I could create custom reports that I can pull on a set schedule and have them emailed to me. For example if SIQ could pull all inventory and expiry dates every morning and send it to me and my team, that would save a ton of time and let us focus on other tasks.

“Best tool for inventory control and forecasting”
Pros
StockIQ's dynamic forecasting system and ability to plan promotions better have benefitted us a lot. Plus the multi-functional reporting, filtering and seamless integration with our ERP system makes it an obvious choice for us as a growing omni-channel company.
Cons
One downside I'd mention is the time zone difference, which means that sometimes support is not immediate. But once they're up and running for the day, their support and customer care have been outstanding.

“I like it...”
Pros
The Stock-Out feature is quite helpful for making sure all necessary purchase orders are placed. Also it's a really user-friendly software and I honestly enjoy using it.
Cons
It would be nice if we could import our product classes from our GP system, though we can input this information manually for now. Other than that, I really don't have any complaints about this software.

“Easy to learn and use...”
Pros
StockIQ is very user-friendly and easy to train new employees on. Plus the integration with our ERP system was smooth. Some of the features we use most are the forecast manager (the visualization is really useful), alerts (to keep track of where changes are needed), inventory balancing (since we have multiple warehouses) and firm and planned forecasts (to manage forecasting with our suppliers).
Cons
For the most part, it works great for our daily tasks. One area where I think could be improved is in building containers. Since we have strict purchasing rules from some of our suppliers, it would be helpful if we could incorporate those rules into the container building process.
