“Saves a lot of time
Pros
I have been using Suuchi GRID to manage AG's supply chain and honestly the time and energy it saves are exactly what was promised. As someone who uses it regularly I can say it's made a huge difference in how we operate. The Product Information Management tools have completely changed how we handle key product data and everything is more accurate and easier to access. The Costing module has also helped us fine-tune our pricing strategies and keep cost data in check which has boosted our profits and made us more competitive. Overall this platform has become a key part of our supply chain setup. It is packed with features and backed by a reliable team which makes it a must-have for any business that wants to take their supply chain game to the next level.
Cons
Honestly I love everything about it. The GRID team is so collaborative and helpful that I genuinely cannot think of a single thing to complain about.

Pros
It is a highly flexible system with lots of modules that leave room for future growth. Also the support and project management from the GRID team were excellent throughout our whole implementation process.
Cons
I think it would be great to have more API documentation available that way, our team could take a more hands-on approach during the implementation process.

We have had the chance to work really closely with the Suuchi team to make sure GRID is tailored exactly to how our business runs. Even when we asked for small tweaks or changes, they were very much willing to help. Plus their customer service has been amazing too.
Cons
Integrating with other platforms can take a bit of time and how fast that goes really depends on how responsive the other teams are.

What sets Suuchi GRID apart is that it offers what other supply chain platforms don't such as better transparency, smoother operations and stronger communication. Whether you are a large retailer or a smaller business, it really helps streamline everything. In today's fast-moving environment that is huge. So I totally recommend giving it a try.
Cons
I think it really depends on your business setup. If you have got legacy systems in place, Suuchi works well as a complementary tool. But if you are a new startup starting fresh I would say go all in with Suuchi. Where your company is in its journey kind of decides how you will get the most out of the Grid.

“Perfect for startups
Pros
The system was easy to get the hang of and the overall flow just made sense. The interface is also quite clean and way easier to use than other PLM systems I have tried. What really impressed me was the level of support they offer with factories. Plus their ability to integrate with factory networks is next-level and definitely gives them an edge over other tools out there.
Cons
There is still a bit of room for improvement as it is not a fully complete solution just yet. But you can tell they are actively working on it. If they can make everything even more seamless I feel like it will really take it to the next level.
