Pros

TOTALogistix TMS is easy to use. Our employees picked it up quickly and were able to start packing with no issues. It didn't take much time at all to get them up to speed.

Cons

They are actively working on fixing some bugs, like reading the weight on the scale but we're still running into issues with international shipments and PR. Hoping to see improvements soon.

Pros

It is only as good as the team behind it, and TLX is doing a great job improving it. They really know what they're doing.

Cons

The estimating process felt a bit all over the place, and we ran into some unexpected surprises when we got to the implementation phase.

Pros

Honestly, I love everything about it. Not only is it user-friendly, but I rarely have to type anything. One of my favorite features is the pallet scanning as it helps us catch mistakes before they ever reach the customer.

I'm really happy with the software and do not have any complaints at all.

TMS is essential for our daily shipping operations. We always deal with last-minute requests, and this software makes it easy for us to handle those quick turnarounds without a hitch.

It was easy for our employees to learn and the company can customize it to fit our needs. Plus, TLX includes a WMS feature, which really helps since NetSuite's WMS module is not great.

Implementing a new TMS gave us a chance to rethink our entire process. But working with our own team to build a new way forward wasn't always easy as things get pretty frustrating at times.

“A step up in managing transportation

Pros

Since we started using it, our operational performance has gone up significantly. Also we have able to streamline our fulfillment process and now have much better visibility and control over everything.

Cons

Right now, I honestly can't think of anything bad about it. It's been working well for us.

Pros

One of the best things about it is the quoting tool. Before this feature, I had to send out tons of emails and manually track all the freight quotes coming in. Now everything is changed as it has proven to be a huge time-saver and has really boosted my productivity. Our shipping team has also seen a big improvement with the BOL automation. They used to handwrite BOLs and now they not only save time but also feel their work looks way more professional.

Cons

Our TLX team has worked really hard to fix any issues we've had along the way, so there is not much to complain about. If I had to pick one thing, I'd say the logout feature should be disabled until after hours. A few times, I have been in the middle of a quote and it kicked me off. Also it's easy to log back in but it's still a little annoying.

Hands down, the customer service is the BEST! I have worked in logistics for years and this is by far the easiest program I've ever used. And on the rare occasion when I do have a question, there is always a friendly and helpful person ready to assist me.

Cons

I haven't come across many issues worth mentioning so far. Everything's been great.

It is quite user-friendly for most people and I love how I can get multiple rate quotes with just a few keystrokes.

Right from the start, we find it super easy to use. Also it helped increase our workflow and gives us great access to all the information we need when we need it.

No complaints at the moment! Any issues that do come up are handled really quickly.

What I love most is the simplicity. It's designed in such a simple manner that I can easily create and tender shipments whether it's international, LTL, FTL, collect or prepaid.

The only small thing I'd like to see improved is the formatting for international numbers. Other than that, no issues!
