It has great flexibility

Pros

I like the transparency and openness. It notifies you after each approval for easy follow up and provides alerts when there are any edits or modifications, which enhances transparency.

Cons

Sometimes there are too many people who need to approve, which causes delays in completing the requisition process.

A decent system

Pros

The system is fast and I can easily clone a close PRF if it's for the same requisition. The new interface will make it even easier to navigate and I would also suggest adding a notification alert for when a PRF has been fulfilled or closed.

Cons

One issue with Tradogram is that I can't save progress in real time while creating a PRF. If there's a power outage or any internet disruption, everything I've entered is lost and I have to redo everything.

Great tool for my needs

Pros

Entry of requisitions is relatively easy and the navigation is simple. I also like that I can attach files to requisitions and purchase orders.

Cons

The feature to search for past purchases could be improved. If I create a requisition but the purchasing department creates the PO, I can't filter the search by both the requisition and vendor at the same time. Since the vendor isn't listed in the requisition, it's hard to group purchases from a specific vendor easily.

Works great for managing orders

Pros

Selecting what I wanted and making the purchase was simple.

Cons

I prefer to order using item numbers but I've noticed that they change frequently. Also, if the item name is misspelled, even by one letter, it says the item isn't found. I also wish the item picture could be enlarged for better viewing.

Super affordable and easy to use

Pros

Most of the system is quite user-friendly and easy to use. While it does require some training, it's not too difficult. You need to make sure the settings are configured properly, but that's to be expected. There are a few things you can't be sure of until you start using it in real action but overall, it gives us a high degree of control.

Cons

The app looks good but it was a little buggy. Also, I think the analytics could be much more detailed, with more graphs and standardized reports.

Really helpful

Pros

It is easy to use and ensures that only the necessary information is entered. The cloning, saving and editing functions are really effective, making tasks quicker and more efficient.

Cons

The approval process restarts whenever a request is rejected. It's also impossible to add an expense line so some expenses end up being categorized incorrectly. Also if I upload a wrong document, I can't simply remove it. I have to delete everything to replace it.

Been using Tradogram a lot and its nice

Pros

It is very easy to use with this tool and it's quite convenient overall.

Cons

The search function needs more flexibility. It's hard to find an item if I type the name wrong. There should be alerts when a similar item is added. I also wish it could generate an inventory report with the value of the items for accounting purposes, not just the quantity in stock.
