“Some load details just aren't there

There is nothing good about it that I would like to mention.

One major issue is that we can't see the destination state or RPM.

It is user friendly and makes load booking much faster and easier for us than traditional methods.

The window changes when we try to do something beyond just using the load board which is annoying.

Truckstop is very helpful when we need loads. Plus they have everything set up and ready for us to view.

They do not remove loads once they are taken. Other than that I would say it is fine.

It is a useful tool for posting loads and searching for trucks. Overall it is very easy to use and efficient.

It has several issues. So I would say first make sure it fits the best with your needs. Once sure only then make an investment.

The only thing I like about it is that it can apply different filters to find the right loads.

Sometimes but not always, I need to manually check the mileage between destinations because it is not always accurate. Most of the time it is close but occasionally I have come across distances that were way off.

There are a lot of good things about it such as it is easy to use and simple to read. Also my favourite thing is that it is updated regularly.

The board works as expected. No issues with it. I just wish brokers used it the way it's meant to be used.

Truckstop Load Board filtering options are amazing and the interface is pretty simple too but that's it. Nothing that I found was so special.

Well the rate estimation is rarely available and I have never seen an authority requirement label. I only find out after reaching out to the customer which delays contacting someone with a newer MC.

The load board has always been amazing for us. And I surely recommend it to anyone.

Honestly the main issue with it is the hacking that some do, as it is something that makes me question its credibility.

It is useful for finding a bit of affordable freight to keep all our trucks covered.

The freight is usually pretty cheap and I really wish everyone would post the rate as it should be a requirement to prevent double brokering.

There is nothing extraordinary about it as it is just a standard load board.

Number of loads and rates are not the same as what was shown to us in the demo.

The app constantly glitches and freezes. In short I have no pros to share.

When submitting a load you have to follow up with a call for updates. The workers seem to care less. As I have been left on hold until I give up and I have even been hung up on without getting my issue resolved.

The inaccurate deadhead miles and pricing is something that frustrates me a lot.

I like that most listings include details that help me decide if they are a good fit for my gooseneck trailer. The posted rates and miles are also helpful for planning as my own dispatcher.

Cons

Having so many loads posted without rates can be annoying but I would say it is not a huge problem.
