Pros

The tool provides us an easy payment gateway with a comprehensive user-friendly interface. Submitting receipts and reimbursements are made with very little effort. You can easily add images to receipt pdfs using the drag&drop feature.

Cons

Its hard to have a timeline of when costs will be approved since that depends on the administrator or manager manually saying yes to them (at least in our case). But, once funds are approved its pretty quickly deposited into your bank account.

Abacus has proved to be very beneficial for our business. It has saved us a lot of time and effort with its easy expense tracking tools, submitting and approving bills with minimal effort in a streamlined manner to keep the work flowing throughout the day.

I dont think there are any real cons to this software other than maybe a slightly dated user interface design.

Our experience with abacus has been consistently amazing, with their online service and phone app, both. Its simple to submit and approve expenses to keep your team progressing efficiently.

No major cons other than occasional bugs in the phone app but restarting it usually makes them disappear.

Selection of data fields is not as per the categories. You are required to put in some enhanced details of land survey

I think it needs a tab on the homepage that displays the aggregate expense with any outstanding amount

Sometimes its hard to get a hold of support team as they are a small firm with a growing client base. Although, they do you justice when you finally do get access.
