Very disappointed service

Pros

Interface looks nice but for me it's not very practical. Getting used to it turned out to be quite complicated and required more effort than I initially expected, which slowed down my workflow more than I had hoped.

Cons

I feel like it's hard to get used to, the service isn't reliable and the support team won't bend, even when the bug is clearly their fault.

Pros

The main advantage is its price but when it comes to invoicing, it doesn't meet my needs. The interface is difficult to use, payment management is basic, bugs appear frequently and overall it feels like a poorly coded solution.

Cons

I'm stuck with a bug that won't let me mark a deposit invoice as paid. The amounts all match perfectly, so no issue there. Now I'm just waiting on customer service but the real problem is no one's actually responding.

Pros

I have figured out that it offers nothing more than its competitors and lacks detailed quarterly breakdowns of revenue by sales and service, which limits my ability to analyze the business effectively.

Cons

It doesn't handle VAT declaration timing correctly. Saying it's fully compliant isn't true. Importing invoices from a previous system is a pain, especially if they have both sales and services. It makes me think that no one tested it for people who sell and repair.

Very bad experience

Pros

I can invoice for immediate tax credit advances using the system, which is a helpful feature when it works properly. However, it doesn't operate consistently and this inconsistency sometimes causes delays that disrupt my workflow and create unnecessary frustration.

Cons

I feel like customer support is almost nonexistent. Specially, waiting a whole week to get help when billing stops working could seriously harm a business.

Pros

Pros

The interface is interesting and user-friendly, making navigation and daily operations smooth and enjoyable for me. It helps me complete tasks efficiently without any unnecessary complications.

Cons

The way features and updates change how it originally worked has turned into a real issue for me. The tech chat isn't up to the mark and often gives conflicting answers, always siding against the user instead of actually considering feedback. I appreciate that the software supports immediate tax credit advances, which is very convenient for eligible users like me and helps speed up the whole process significantly.

Cons

I feel like support is basically nonexistent, especially when there's a bug. Imagine not being able to bill from one day to the next. Wait times stretch past a week, sometimes even two or three weeks. On top of that, features are limited unless you go for their most expensive plan which costs way more than competitors.

Great service but too expensive

Pros

I really value the customer service and how easy the setup was. They provided exactly what was promised and I found the recorded calls helpful for quality and future reference.

Cons

It ended up costing too much for us. We'd get a couple of calls a day but the receptionists often put leads on hold which drove the price higher. Plus, for a counseling service, letting leads know their call is recorded isn't great because it might make them feel less comfortable sharing personal info.

Cons

Pros

Getting started was very easy for me. It has customizable invoices and quotes, automated personalized emails, instant tax credit advance management and excellent customer service throughout.

Cons

There's still no mobile app yet but I know it's being developed and I'm honestly excited to try it once it's out.

Pros

I tried it out to test new invoicing tools and created several invoices without trouble. It also generates quotes and allows me to easily track them all in one place.

Cons

Abby is super handy for me but I do have to be connected to the internet all the time to use it which can be a bit limiting.
