Pros
The flexibility of AccuFund is truly impressive. I particularly love the option to set up a test database within our own system to experiment with different scenarios before implementation. The support staff has been highly helpful throughout the process. Having a reliable retailer assist with the setup ensures that everything works correctly right from the start, which is essential.
Cons
The flexibility of the software can be both a benefiting and challenging. Understanding its workings simplifies the usage, but since each customer can customize it as per there need, a deep understanding is required. Although I wasn't involved in the initial setup, I successfully configured a couple of modules. I always tested them in the trial system first to ensure they functioned as expected.

Pros
Electronic requisitions with approvals, purchase orders and timesheets are quite convenient. The ease of data entry and the variety of reports generated greatly enhance our workflow.
Cons
I haven't come across any issues that I can recall. Compared to our previous software, AccuFund is 100% better, and we should have upgraded years ago.

Pros
This software offers an extensive range of features and functionalities. There is practically nothing that cannot be accomplished with it.
Cons
Sometimes, the software provides excessive details and features. The reports feature has its pros and cons. With proper training and frequent use, you can create any report you desire, but you need to maintain your knowledge or you might lose it!

Pros
The ability to run reports is the feature I like the most. I can usually find a report that perfectly matches my specific needs.
Cons
During payroll processing, everyone is required to log out for nearly an hour; otherwise, the process becomes extremely slow or may even stop.
